This property is as good as the pictures show! Family of 6 stayed over Easter week, the kids and us enjoyed our “off” days almost as much as our “park” days! Will definitely consider this property again in the future!

Our grandkids absolutely loved the house and commented how they would rather be at the house than at Disney. There are so many details that have been thoughtfully placed in each room. Even on the last day of our stay I was noticing new things. The pool was a great relief after walking around in the Florida heat. We found it easy to find groceries near by and never experienced more than 15 minutes to the Disney parks.

Absolutely the BEST place to stay near Disney/ Universal. Every room is decorated (even the adult rooms!!! - yes we adults can be immersed too).The attention to detail is amazing. Each theme has costumes to fit the smallest toddler to a large adult. I highly recommend staying here. You may not want to leave- it’s so fun.

Very family-friendly home for all ages! The pool and hot tub were delightful, and there's a locking gate if you have little ones. The theming was charming, and the costumes were so much fun! The wide variety of sizes and styles of costumes was thoughtful and appreciated. So much attention to detail was provided in the design and the amenities. The combination theater and game room was quite popular, and so we'll done. Communication with the host and property manager was great. Overall, excellent and highly recommended!

Awesome stay!!!

House is amazing and all the kids from 4 to 14 enjoyed their themed rooms, costumes that we all dressed in and the wonderful pool. The house allows everyone at different age groups even the adults to enjoy. The decor, cleanliness and even the communication with host is second to noon. I would recommend this house and would stay again.

We have stayed at both of Janalynn's properties and were very impressed with the detail she has poured into these properties. We will be staying here again in the future. We stayed for 6 nights and went to 4 parks during this stay and we had a blast. The only thing we will do differently is stay longer to allow a rest day between each park visit. Trust me neither the kids or adults will suffer from boredom as these properties are packed full of fun right there in the house. Jannalynn is an amazing host and strives to make you stay as magical as possible.

A Beautiful Disney Playhouse

The home was stocked with everything you could think of. It even had a wheel chair which was perfect for my mother to go with us to the theme parks. We all enjoyed the large heated pool and all the dress up clothes but especially the Harry Potter game roo. Was my grand childrens favorite Best stay by far!

Disney Fantasy House

House is perfectly located near Disney parks. The decorations and amount of fun surprises for little ones is so good! Pool was clean as well. We had 10 people and had more than enough room!

I'm JanaLynn, and my husband Brad Young and I are 28 years married and 13+ years vacation rental business partners! We live in Utah and have four children, two of whom we had the privilege of adopting.  In 2012, we purchased our "Jabba's Hut" property, remodeled, and began our rental business. Two years later, we bought this “Frozen in Florida” villa.  Both were simple, boring homes we created and designed. 

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who also practices play therapy with children, I felt inspired to create these homes to strengthen multi-generational family relationships through play! When you book your vacation, your correspondence from start to end of stay, is with me or our local property manager.  Brad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Tax Director, who moonlights as our financial EVERYTHING for the villas. 

Our rental homes are part of the “Happiest Place on Earth” vacation experience, and we think Walt Disney himself, would be proud. We are excited to share the magical experience of staying “Happily Ever After” at our luxuriously themed properties with your family, knowing you will cherish the special memories you make together, forever!

Why they chose this property

1. You can't get a villa any closer to Disney. So nice to come home mid-day and refresh the family for a night of fireworks and more attractions! Time [stuck-in-traffic] is money, and this location is PERFECT!!!
2. We love the vaulting, tall ceilings, and openness between kitchen, great family room and dining areas, allowing large groups to be together...
3. So many master bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. This is a must for adults!
4. The pool is large with a spa, and gets great sun year round. Many villa pools are pitifully small and/or shaded.
5. Every room, including the kitchen, theater, and pool area, is themed! With toys and dress-ups, we've outdone even the Disney Resorts...come see for yourself!

If you've stayed in other vacation rental homes, you'll surely find this to be your best experience EVER!!! WE HAVE ALL THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS TO PROVE IT!
