PLEASE NOTE: The Lounge area of the house is not big and a stretch to house 8 people "lounging" at once however there is ample dinning space and large outdoor deck. We suggest the house is suitable for 4 Adults and 4 Children or a maximum of 6 full size humans.
There are stairs, All Living spaces and bedrooms are on one upstairs level, with laundry
(with toilet) downstairs with undercover paved area.

Entire Dwelling and yard space. Room for 2 cars on street front. Plentiful parking on waterfront reserve.

2 x Paddle Boards and 5 x Kayaks free for guest use.

My wife and I were born and raised on the Central Coast of NSW and continue to live on a small acerage at the back of Terrigal. I am a (mostly retired) landscape designer and my wife Karen runs a small bowel cancer charity.
I am a mad keen surfer and spend as much time as possible in Crescent Head, my wife enjoys our main home and only occasionally joins me at the house.

Why they chose this property

As a surfer I enjoy the variety of surf breaks however, my main enjoyment is the relaxed coastal feel, the salty locals and complete lack of traffic lights.

What makes this property unique

With the exception of the caravan park, we are arguably the only waterfront short term rental in Crescent. The ability to walk out the gate and have access to the beautiful clear lagoon is special, even at low tide the sand is clean and its fantastic to walk out and explore. I feel very fortunate to have found all this and still have a 10 min flat walk into town.
