The master bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the open-plan kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly into a generous living room—where those incredible views take centre stage. Stay connected and entertained with free WiFi and Hubbi TV.

Sleeping arrangements (up to 5 separate sleeping areas):
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 (rear): Tri-bunk + Queen bed
- Bedroom 4 (mezzanine): 3 single beds
- Sunroom: Tri-bunk

Step outside to a spacious rear BBQ area—perfect for relaxed outdoor meals after a day at the beach. The property also includes parking for one car on the concrete driveway.

Important information:
- All adult guests are required to register their details with our office prior to arrival.
- Strictly no pets due to owner allergies.
- A self-contained granny flat is located downstairs for the owner’s occasional use and may be occupied during your stay.
- Linen is not provided. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, and bathmats. Linen hire is available through Kempsey Laundry with at least 72 hours’ notice to our office.
