No flushing toilets for 18 people!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were having a family reunion and went to view the property in March. Our group is coffee drinkers when we arrived Friday evening there was only 1 coffee pot for all three kitchens and no water !!! The property management company never checked the water. Puerto Penasco was having water issues so we understand conserving wayer however we didnt have any. It was difficult to reach anyone despite being given the emergency and office number. We finally had water by noon only to run out 48 hours later. This time the office wouldn’t answer. Mailbox was full ,etc. we had a baby shower it’s severe allergies and need to bathe every day. Instead of being a dream vacation, it was a nightmare. We had to buy buckets so we could get water from the pool just to flush the toilets.I still haven’t heard from the management company.
