We absolutely loved our stay here! It reminded my family and I of a family cabin on a lake we used to own in the Midwest. Boan was a great host, and if something wasn’t working properly, he was on it!

It’s a great location and the owner is very communicative. But it does need some maintenance. Broken chairs, sliders don’t open, screen doors need replacing or fixed. The kitchen is poorly stocked. We’ve stayed at many RP properties and this one was not our favorite although the location was great and the owner is great.

Summer Family Vacation

My family and I had a great time. The house was beautiful, big and clean. Perfect location right infront of the beach. Boan was a great host, very attentive and always so fast at responding my questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay. One Issue: Hot Tub was turned on with very hot water, cover was still on the tub, and it was dirty...we did not use it.

Perfect Location in RP!

This was our first time at Bella Sirena and we will definitely be back but only if we can stay in this amazing villa. It was steps to the ocean with an unobstructed view. The floorplan was perfect and we had our own private garage for our cars. Also, the owner was fast to respond to all questions and easy to book with!

Perfect vacation site but spa is unavalable. Not working aparently. Not sure if promoted as active heated spa onsite but we expected the luxury as we have stayed here before.

Amazing Place and perfect managment

Prior to going to Rocky Point a few people in our party had some passport issues. Boan, was extremely helpful and offered some sound advise on how to handle it. In my mind that is well above and beyond the roll of a property manager. When we arrived at the property it was ready early, was stunningly beautiful. We enjoyed our time. Boan and his properties are now our go to place to stay in Rocky Point.

Possibly the best villa in Rocky Point

I’ve been coming to Rocky Point for decades and can say this Villa is the best place I’ve stayed at to date. Large floor plan. Every room had its own bathroom. Huge living area, and patio. Fire pits, grill, and the beach right outside the window. I could go on. The host was very responsive to the handful of questions I had. He even arranged to have a fresh propane tank delivered the day I him it was running low. Will definitely be staying here again!

We are a family who loves Rocky Point. Even though we live in Utah we make it a point to travel to Rocky Point every year and enjoy this amazing, magical place. Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point. We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others. ​

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again. The locations where we have built/chosen our properties are world-class. Warm beaches, courteous staff, top notch security, and guaranteed sunsets that will make you fall in love too!

What makes this property unique

There are very few properties where you can walk out and be on the beach. There are no walks to get to the beach because you are there! Watching your kids or family from the living room and being able to call them in for dinner without having to make a trek to the condo or hotel is priceless.

The private jacuzzi in the back patio is also a plus so you can relax while viewing the ocean and hearing the waves crashing
