I can’t say enough good things about this property! Marty was very accommodating and responsive to every question I had, he went above and beyond to make our 2 week stay enjoyable. The condo is exactly as pictured and conveniently located to restaurants, coffee shop and the Frazier River Trail. I was able to take my dog on beautiful walks every day and it was so easy to access. The underground parking was so nice and the kitchen was as stocked very nicely. Thank you and I really hope we can return!

Great condo, great location

We were really happy with our stay. Communication with Evolve was easy, and the owner was very kind and reached out personally too. The condo is clean, comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again. We particularly enjoyed the view and the proximity to shops (coffee, market, and a liquor store with solid wine selection).

Loved the condo - check-in instructions were very complete & easy - beds were very comfortable - kitchen & living area were really nice - loved the roll out windows to let the air in - also loved the enclosed parking garage & elevator, since we were on the 4th floor - also great location - would definitely return if we get the opportunity!
