Includes SKI storage, washer/dryer in unit, SMART TV, Wi-fi, fully stocked kitchen and baths. Skylight in Living room provides natural light. New club house provides pool, hot tubs, pool table, and exercise equipment.
FREE SHUTTLE to Winter Park & Mary Jane ski areas outside the building.
Primary Bedroom: Queen Bed with Memory Foam mattress. 2nd Bedroom: Full over Full Bunk Bed, each with Memory Foam Mattress. 3rd room has 4 Twins bunk beds. Each Bathroom has a tub/shower and supplied with towels, shampoo/conditioner, lotions and hair dryers. Kitchen: New appliances, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and pots/pans and dishes.
Walking distance to cinema/bowling alley, several restaurants, grocery and shops. Easy access to Bike path and trails. 40 minutes from the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. * Please note: there is no elevator for this property

What a great place! The kitchen had everything we needed. It is an easy walk to many amenities downtown as well as the trails which our Labrador loved for his walks.
Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped! The location is really close to everything. We loved the club house too with the pool, hot tubs and pool table
Our stay was amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable (I stayed in the master), the ease of the shuttle to WP right out the front door and the flexibility of check in/out....I would stay here again in heartbeat! Thank you!
This condo was a perfect for our family! Right by the Winter Park ski shuttle and accessible Rec Center with hot tub and pool all within walking distance. Had a blast and everything was perfect and as described!
We loved our stay here. Even got to see a moose below our balcony. Hope to return one day!!!

Wonderful property, great stay with family and friends. Location is ideal, walk to town, close to resort & bus to WP picks up right in front of building. The space was super comfortable, easy check in and fantastic communication with the host! Will stay again for sure!
Great location. Walkable to good restaurants, hot tubs/pool(newer club house), on bus line etc. would stay here again. Pet friendly(though didn’t have ours this stay).

We live in Seattle since 2015 but are from Denver area. We have two teen boys who enjoy the mountains and outdoor activities, so this condo was the perfect choice. We love traveling with our dog so wanted to offer our condo up to other pet owners.
Why they chose this property
We love the small town feel of Winter Park. It is 1 1/2 Hour drive from Denver and the traffic is easier to navigate during peak season. We looked at several properties and found Hi Country Haus checked off several of our 'boxes'. In the Summer, our boys can drop their fishing poles in the Fraser River right across from our condo, hit the bike path or use the club house for a swim. Rocky Mountain Natl. Park and Grand Lake are 30-40 minutes away and offer hiking and boating, shopping and restaurants. We also like that our pool area is one of the nicest in town.
What makes this property unique
Please note: the condo is a 3rd floor corner unit. This makes it extremely quiet and bright, however there is NO elevator. We have a private deck that overlooks the woods where wildlife is often spotted. The condo is spacious, so you won't feel cramped with 8 people staying. We are right next to the club house and playground area.
