This beautifully renovated pet-friendly studio, 1-bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings is the perfect cozy spot for your Mammoth getaway! Located on the 2nd level in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this unit offers electric heating throughout and a private outdoor deck ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with your favorite drink while soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in Mammoth. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll have effortless access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and the slopes without the hustle and bustle. After a day of exploring the mountains or hiking the nearby trails, unwind by the propane fireplace with slate hearth in the cozy living area and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV, or gather for meals at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The sleeping area includes a Queen bed with a walled partition for added privacy, and there’s also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. This unit includes one parking pass. The area is quiet, minus during pool hours, but it’s not that bad if you don’t open the windows. The only thing is for us the bed was very uncomfortable but it didn’t make or break the stay.

Wonderful place!

My teenage son and I stayed here over Presidents' Day weekend. The unit was nicely appointed, very clean and very homey feeling! The amenities including swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, pinball, ping pong and pool table were especially appreciated. The close proximity to the village and gondola was super convenient for us to get up and down the mountain!

Great spot

The location was perfect. We loved how the town square was within walking distance for easy access to shopping and dining. The opportunity to use the athletic club was awesome and we took advantage of that as well. Highly recommend.

Great little place

Perfect for the two of us and our dog. On site hot tub is great, easy walk to the village, and staff was very friendly. Having to pick up and drop off the parking pass at a different location and no dishwasher not ideal, but I'd still stay here again happily

The studio met our needs, however there were some issues. The humidifier was not clean therefore we couldn't use it, and the bluetooth speaker doesn't work. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable as well. The unit does not get a lot of direct natural light during the day, so it feels like a cave. I also feel as though the checkout process (taking out trash, washing dishes, returning the permits to the office) would detract me from staying here again. However, I appreciate that they gave us an extra parking pass since we had two cars.

The apartment itself smelled very musty, needs a thorough deep clean, we also could have used extra towels (no laundry in unit).

Clean space and good location

This condo was exactly as described. And best of all, it was conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from the village gondola. The only thing that could be improved would be the check-in process. It felt a bit unnecessary to go to the management office to pick up the door code and parking pass. The door code could have been shared through the app, and the parking pass could be waiting in the unit. While this was only a minor inconvenience, I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Unit Has a Great Location and is Comfortable for Two Friends

I removed one star for cleanliness because there were crumbs in the sofa pull-out bed when we opened it up, and because there was a massive 2" diameter hairball caught in the shower drain. Aside from these two things, I would stay here again. Note that there is no dishwasher; we did dishes by hand. No big deal but a small dish drying rack would be nice to have.

The space was well prepared with extra bath towels, a well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable furniture, including a comfortable bed. The heat works well, and the mud room is an effective space. It is in a great location close to Canyon Lodge, though not necessarily close walking distance. I drove to Canyon Lodge parking (which has free parking) each day to ski. It could be possible to take the Village Gondola but it was much more convenient to drive to the Lodge parking. Overall I would certainly stay here again.

Unfamiliar with this exact unit and only seeing it in pictures, I was blown away by the modern aesthetics, spaciousness, and useability of the studio. The vaulted ceiling provided an open and airy feel, there was plenty of closet space, a double sink in the bathroom, and a very functional gear room that kept my skis and other outdoor wear separate from the living space. It has a sizeable balcony as well with a proper gas grill that I enjoyed many evenings. If you're considering this unit, I highly recommend it.
