Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost!

We have a total of 8 Villas at our property, ranging from a Studio Unit (which can accommodate 2 guests) through to a three bedroom villa (which can accommodate up to 10 guests).

About Magnolia Villa:

The living room has double French doors and overlooks the expansive furnished pool deck made of natural island stone. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. There are sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom. There are sliding glass doors that also lead to a patio area.

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with two sofa sleepers that open into extra beds. Central air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.

Magnolia Villa is located amongst tropical landscaped gardens beside the centrally located swimming pool. There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our street is a "narrow" non-commercial sandy residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You might not see more than 10-15 other cars travel on it in a one day period. You would cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive patio stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please. Since the living room in Magnolia Villa has 2 sofa sleepers that can be opened and become extra beds, the villa can in fact sleep up to 8 people.

Perfect family accommodation

We spent four nights with 3 generations (6 people) and loved this property. It is a great location. Luz was a gem of a human, pleasant, always available when we needed help, but not imposing. Communication before and during our reservation was fantastic. They have thought of the “little things” that made our stay there better than expected. We felt safe, catered to, and grateful for the time we had in this beautiful part of the world. I don’t normally submit reviews, but this property is exceptional. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas.

Perfect Villa and Property

The Grace Bay Ocean Villa property is a gem. We stayed in the Magnolia Villa and the Jasmine Villa - both were extremely clean and very comfortable. Well stocked and positioned around the fantastic lap pool that was used every morning! Two minute walk to a fantastic beach that’s extremely quiet and peaceful with chairs and umbrellas. The property manager,Luz is amazing and made the week a 5 star experience. I’m crossing my fingers that if the property gets sold that it keeps its charm because it’s perfect the way it is!

Perfect location

We will be returning-exact same spot. The beach access was perfect, quiet quaint neighborhood with restaurants close but away from all the resorts. It was one of our best trips ever. Already booking for next year!

This was my 4th time in Turks and 1st at the property. I absolutely loved it! The best of them all!! The housekeeper was so sweet and attentive and Mr. Chris communication was fast. The place had everything you can need. If you are ever in a debate where to stay, hands down choose Here! I'll be back in October!

It was amazing, the beach is fabulous, kayaking and snorkeling are great activities for the family. The place was clean, just a little issue with the water and new beds would help- other than that everything was perfect. Kids loved it too.

Wonderful Villa

This is our 4th time staying at the property but first time bringing our teenage children. It is absolutely paradise and private. Beach is beautiful and easy walk to Smith’s reef. We bring our own snorkeling equipment and love living the Caribbean life at this villa. We will be back.

Perfect Getaway

It was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to beach and a few restaurants nearby. It was just a few minutes drive to town but we liked that it was not in the middle of everything - great getaway and really enjoyed it.

Everything I wanted… and more!

We just got back from staying at the Magnolia Villa and none of us can wait to come back. Everything was perfect. The villa itself was just the right size for the 7 of us. We had everything we needed but of course we didn’t spend much time inside. The grounds are immaculate with a secluded courtyard and pool and beautiful tropical flowers all around. A short walk down a private pathway led to the perfect beach. We visited several beaches while we were on the island but I think our favorite was the beach right in the Villa’s back yard. There’s a small reef to the right where we saw many fish. A young stingray was frequently swimming around with a fish following. The water color is vibrant and the sand, white. There weren’t many people and it felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. Communication with the owners was easy and they even graciously allowed us a slightly early check-in and slightly late check-out. The property manager Luz was fantastic and sweet. We always had everything we needed. We made use of the snorkel equipment and cooked in the kitchen to save a little money on the island. There are 4 tandem kayaks and 4 singles to use (even though we didn’t). My kids loved the pool almost as much as the beach and we were frequently visited by some yellow-crowned night herons. One of them even hopped in the pool on the top step to take a drink. If we ever make it back to Providenciales, we will try to stay here again. FANTASTIC PLACE!!!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas. Things we loved: spacious areas inside and out, easy 4-5 minute walk to the beach, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and towels all provided, clean, staff (Luz :-), parking right by units. Things to note to just to manage expectations: laundry is not in the unit and only a washer that staff also use so you have to compete, it is not at the address provided on Coconut Road but across the street - not easy to figure this out after dark your first night, in our unit there were 3 remotes for the TV that are super touchy - ask about the directions before you use it, no dishwasher. What we think might have been the 'office' was always locked and we called numbers with no one responding - however, cleaning staff is around constantly and handled every question and need promptly and was super friendly.

Amazing place

We loved our stay Luz was fantastic! It’s not on the beach. But they make getting to the beach very easy. Just across the street. We have highly recommended staying at these villas and will be back with more family! Incredible !!!

Great Villa, beautiful beach, location a little further from activities / stores, wished we had a small convenient store within walking distance for goods, however friendly taxi service and Turtle Bay 5 minutes away was great

Caribbean Paradise!

This was an amazing property with everything we needed! A wonderful, spacious, open concept villa [Magnolia] was our wonderful home away from home! My wife and 4 kids enjoyed the marvelous pool and tranquil outdoor patio space daily. There was a very well prepared outdoor gas grill, plenty of ocean toys, boogie boards as well. We took the kayaks out multiple times and enjoyed the bikes as well. The postcard quality beach was only a lush tropical stroll away [2 minute walk] and the turquoise water and white sand along with palm trees and blue skies was always welcoming us!
