Zetland is part of the growth corridor of Sydney, just south of the CBD and adjacent to the Eastern Distributor, providing direct access to the airport. Within walking distance you will find the green expanses of Moore Park playing fields and golf course, and Centennial Park, which is well worth a day spent enjoying the lakes, gardens, walking trails and watching horses trot by.
Right next to the apartment is East Village, a new shopping centre development providing fabulous eateries, modern supermarkets and quality retail stores, as well as a child care centre and fitness centre. A decent walk or short bus ride will take you to the shops, cafes and restaurants of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst, while Green Square train station is a short walk away, providing fast and direct public transport access to the airport and the CBD.
The apartment is perched high above Sydney, with magnificent views of the CBD skyline and Eastern Suburbs from the 19th floor. On one side of the apartment you will find a light-filled open plan kitchen, dining and living area, leading onto an entertaining balcony, along with a spacious master bedroom with ensuite. On the other side of the apartment there are 2 further double bedrooms, both with single beds, a main bathroom with bath, small study nook and separate laundry.
As with all Uptown Apartments, there is a large HD tv with full platinum Foxtel package, all linen and towels provided, a Nespresso coffee machine with an initial supply of capsules provided, and free wifi. There are also two secure underground tandem car spaces provided, with direct lift access, making this the perfect choice for your Sydney accommodation.

Great location, beautiful view, clean and secure building, easy public transport available and only 2 miles from the downtown core. Close shopping for food and merchandize. Other than leaving my cell phone in the unit, which they are mailing to me, it was a wonderful stay for all 5 of us senior citizens. Hope to go again!
First, the location: on a bus route into Circular Quays, with light rail and train stations not a long walk off either. East VIllage is OK small mall and has essentials.
Property itself is really light and spacious. Clean, nice fittings, crisp decor, all the amenties needed. Decent Wifi.
High floor so views to SCG & Allianz, CBD & north, Bondi Jn, and inland including hinterland.
This was a great location to stay in. We went to a concert and could see the stadium from the apartment. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable. It is very close to shops and public transport. Easy to get to & from the anirport and the CBD, Darling Hatbour, Circular Quay etc. Parking is really good too. Unusual to have access to 2 spaces. Communication and information from the managers was excellent. The view of the city is absolutely fabulous, especially at night. We all said we would definitely stay again when we come to Sydney. Thank you for a great stay.

Short stay at Zetland
The property was clean but the cutlery and crockery wasn't, there also weren't enough wine glasses for seven guests.
On arrival, the seventh bed hadn't been made up, but one call had this quickly remedied.
I think the property was nice but it could be easily improved - for example it says it sleeps up to 7, but only had dining for 6? An extra chair would have been nice.
I think 3.5 stars is a fair overall rating.
Our stay in Zetland was wonderful. We had 8 adults on the trip and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all confortably (2 extra beds were put in the rooms to be able to sleep 8 adults).
There was a domino's pizza restaurant downstairs and a small shopping centre with a coles across the road so it was conveniently located. There was also a beautiful little park next door as well.
Getting to and from the airport via taxi/uber only took about 20 min but if you're looking to use public tranport then Green Square train station is a 15 min walk from the apartment but there are bus stops around the area you could use as well.
Nicki was helpful and prompt with all our enquiries. I would definitely reccomend staying here.
