Relax in the morning sun on the newly renovated deck with perfect NE aspect with the water lapping below. The kids can explore the shoreline or fish as you lazily watch on from the newly renovated deck.

Master bedroom is generous with king bed and amazing water views through the floor to ceiling glass window
2nd bedroom upstairs with private balcony is also a king bed or can be made into two king singles (please advise your preference)
3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with recently renovated ensuite
