Summary:

MainSail is a north-facing, three-bedroom waterfront home for up to six guests on the tranquil canals of St Huberts Island. Enjoy wide water views, a private jetty, a private saltwater pool, covered deck with BBQ, gas fireplace, modern kitchen, Wi-Fi and free on-site parking - close to beaches, Ettalong and Brisbane Water National Park.



The Space:

Recently transformed with a high-end designer renovation, MainSail is a calm waterfront retreat where light plays across the canal from morning to evening. Wide water views are enjoyed from multiple rooms, the deck, pool area and private jetty, while bright, cohesive interiors create an easy setting for families and groups.



Sleeping arrangements for up to six guests:

- Bedroom 1: king bed with private ensuite

- Bedroom 2: king bed

- Bedroom 3: two single beds

- Two full bathrooms



Gather in the lower living area around the gas fireplace, cook together in the sleek modern kitchen with quality appliances, or open up to the large undercover entertaining deck and BBQ. The home also includes:

- Private, glass-fenced saltwater pool

- Private backyard and waterfront jetty

- Kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking essentials

- Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace

- Washer and dryer in the home

- Air conditioning and heating

- Standalone high chair and travel crib

- Bathtub



The private jetty is ideal for fishing, kayaking, watching birdlife or simply taking in the changing canal light. Please supervise children closely around the jetty, pool and open canal access.



Guest Access:

Guests have a private entrance and can arrive via self check-in using the smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises, with additional free street parking available.



Enjoy the home's waterfront outdoor areas, including the covered deck, fully fenced private backyard, private pool and private jetty. Please take particular care and supervise children around the pool, jetty and open canal.

St Huberts Island is a peaceful, waterside suburb on the Central Coast, known for its relaxed coastal lifestyle and beautiful canal-front setting. Surrounded by Brisbane Water, the island is largely residential and popular with families, retirees, and boating enthusiasts thanks to its many waterfront homes, private jetties, and easy access to the water. It has a quiet, community-focused feel while still offering scenic views and a strong sense of privacy.



Despite its tranquil atmosphere, St Huberts Island is very conveniently located. It’s just minutes from local shops, cafés, schools, beaches, and major transport links, including the M1 to Sydney and Newcastle. Nearby destinations like Ettalong Beach, Umina Beach, and Woy Woy provide dining, ferry access, and coastal activities, making St Huberts Island an ideal blend of calm island living and everyday convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must provide a digital copy of their ID through a secure online Guest Check-in Form. A refundable $1,000 security bond is required for the stay to cover potential damages and will be released within 7 days after departure, provided there are no issues.



Card details are also required through the same secure form. They are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway, handled in compliance with strict privacy laws, and are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorisation.
