We'd book this again in a heartbeat.We were in the area visiting family, and this property's location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The view is stunning — honestly, the photos don't do it justice. We especially loved the infinity pool, it was a highlight for our kids.The place was spotless and well organized, the kitchen was fully stocked, and having laundry on site was a huge help since we stayed for over a week. We traveled from out of the country with a young child, so finding a pack and play already there was a pleasant surprise.Grant was quick to respond and communicated clearly both before and during our stay, which made everything feel easy and stress-free.Overall, an amazing stay — we'd love to come back in the future.

We loved it

Stayed here for a few days with my family and it was beautiful. Perfect cleanliness and responsiveness from the hosts, gorgeous place, close to beach and places to eat / shops. Also close to lots of activities you can do with the family but away from the chaos.

Amazing place with breathtaking views!

A great place to stay to enjoy Port Stephens. A well presented place and truly amazing views! We had a minor hiccup getting in the property but these things happen and Grant’s communication was great from the moment I booked. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Great townhouse with an amazing view. My family and I were very comfortable. And the hot tub was perfect for our winter stay. The view is breathtaking, and the photos don’t do it justice.

Cannot beat the location, view and amenities. Has little touches like paper towel washing aids which is not standard with all stays accommodation. Is a process with garage access, and doors and stairs to get luggage up and down if a larger family.

Coastal location, spacious and private, great views.

Great views, plenty of space for summer spent on the balcony. Loved the facilities. Cooled off in the pool. Our friends and family had a great time. Nice short walk down to the beach.

This was such a beautiful home with the most amazing views! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

This property is perfect! Plenty of space and the most amazing views! The mattresses were so comfortable and having a bath in each bathroom was fantastic for two young families. We all loved the private hot tub and the pool area and spa. The private garage was a bonus, too. Will definitely be back!

Perfect with amazing decking and views

We stayed for 4 nights, two families of four (3yo - 11yo) and the property was brilliant. The views and the outside decking were amazing, even better than the photos! Brilliant place to sit, relax and eat as a family. Also great having the hot tub that we used each evening when the sun went down. Property was really clean and spacious both inside and out and was the perfect stay. Thank you

Wonderful stay in Boat Harbour

We all had a great time staying in Boat Harbour. The property location is wonderful, offering excellent views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Also, location was convenient, within a short drive to all amenities and shops and a short trek down to the beach.The house was very clean and well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.The hot tub was a hit as was the pool, for a refreshing dip after a long day on the beach.Overall. we all had a great time and loved our stay in the property.

Fabulous apartment with views to die for.

As described - well appointed, comfortable, clean. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Grant's apartment for a quick getaway. Even with poor weather we were able to enjoy the outdoor spa and sitting area. Everything you need is there to make your stay comfortable. We will be back, but next time we'll book for at least a few nights, to really enjoy the experience.
