Comfortable, modern accommodation in a central, handy location.
We were a party of four adults. The property was excellent for our stay, allowing us to walk to most of Hobart’s city attractions.

The property was in excellent condition with beautiful and clean interior. It is in a fantastic location with shopping, dining and local attractions just a short walk away.
Very clean, modern apartment with many lovely touches which made for a beautiful stay in the heart of Hobart. Excellent location near a Woolworths and lots of great restaurants. Walking distance to all the city attractions. Excellent communication with the owners. Thank you for having us. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
Great accommodation, comfortable, clean and very easy to walk to everything being in the middle of the city. Only a couple of things that were misunderstood. Listing said 2 bathrooms which is what we needed but only 1 had a shower the other only had a bath so we still had to share. No parking was a bit painful too.
We had a lovely time, it was big enough for 2 couples. Easy walking to restaurants and sight seeing in Hobart. We had a hire car to do other sights eg; Bruny island. The only issue was parking the car. If we were not out all day we had take it to the parking station. One day it was full so we had to drive around to find another that was further away. You have to be lucky to get on street parking after 6pm when it’s free.

Good location. Was extremely noisy upstairs.
Received a text message from Jo informing us the day day before that the booking was not confirmed. Caused a lot of uncertainty and stress. Totally unacceptable practice. Computer glitches was blamed… what rubbish. Main issue with accommodation was the internal noise from upstair guests… (lack of internal insulation.) this kept us wake. Would not recommend this Stayz accommodation.

Thanks for your review. In regards to the first matter raised in respect to booking confirmation, unfortunately you sent multiple enquires and correspondence outside of the actual booking on Stayz, and therefore the reservation was considered unconfirmed. We investigated further, and this was explained to you, we didn't mention computer "glitches" . In regards to noise, we have not received any complaints prior to this and therefore we can only suggest that this is unusual and may have related to a particular guest in the building . Previous guests have enjoyed their stay at the property, and it's unfortunate you didn't.
This very modern apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay. Close to everything in Hobart City, we made the most of our location and could comfortably walk to all the attractions including Brooke Street Pier to catch the ferry to MONA , Salamanca Markets, Botanical Gardens, Bus Stop for Mt Wellington day trip, Maritime Museum and Constitution Dock for a beautiful seafood meal.
There are plenty of shops, cafes and pubs close by if you don’t want to make use of the very well stocked, up to date kitchen and after a big day sightseeing it was great to relax in the oversized bath tub in the well appointed bathroom
The apartment was exceptionally clean and check in was very easy. We would have liked a second access card as we were 2 couples travelling together but this was not a huge concern.
We would definitely stay again and will recommend this accommodation to our family & friends
