Wonderfully spacious and well-styled, the open floorplan extends to a huge private terrace set for alfresco dining and relaxing. Two bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and secure parking add to your group’s convenience. Sitting within “The Elliott”, this stunning apartment offers lift access, secure parking and a common rooftop garden with incredible 360-degree panoramas of the city, river and mountains. Relax indoors with the living area housing ample seating for four and a flat-screen TV catering to your evening entertainment. Head outside through glass sliders to access the extensive private terrace complete with a six-seater outdoor dining table, or take the lift up to the shared rooftop where you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden with seating plus a barbecue. Sit here to take in vistas of the cityscape, Mount Wellington and the majestic Derwent River as well as mesmerising sunsets and a patchwork of twinkling lights.
The kitchen is complete with a marble-look stone bench and bartop seating for three. Make use of the ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and brand-new fridge. A round table accommodates all four guests for meals at home.
The primary suite houses a king bed, a walk-through robe and a modern ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with a king bed—which can be made up into two singles on request—and mirrored built-ins. The main bathroom is equally sleek as the ensuite and there’s also an internal laundry with a washer and dryer.

It’s the ideal location to get a true taste of Hobart with Hobart’s CBD attractions only a six minute stroll down the road and North Hobart’s shopping and sizzling hotpot of trendy cafes and restaurants (where the locals play) less than a five minute stroll up the street. There’s a regular bus that runs down the street to the city, but it’s an easy level wander to the CBD’s historic buildings, galleries, eateries and wine bars as well as the riverside where you’ll find the iconic Constitution Dock, Hobart Wharf where the ferry to MONA leaves and the Salamanca Markets precinct renowned for its fine-dining restaurants and vibrant hotspots. No trip to Hobart is complete without a short drive up to kunanyi (Mount Wellington) where you can get a taste of the Tassie wilderness and enjoy simply breathtaking panoramas over the city and the mighty Derwent River snaking its way towards the coast.

Lovely spacious, clean and comfortable apartment within walking distance of shops and dining with dedicated parking in the attached garage. Would highly recommend.
Host welcoming. Very clean. Good position and easy parking. Appliances excellent. Heating etc was a nightmare to use and simplified instructions would have been good. Bedroom was nice and kitchen easy to use. Would book again
