Welcome to Relax-Inn Austinmer.
We have striven to provide a luxuriously appointed Guest House for your enjoyment. A comfortable home away from home whilst you enjoy what our beautiful local area has to offer. The Guest House is completely detached from the main home. It is private, self-sufficient with a secure gated entry, set amongst landscaped floral gardens.

Less than a 5-minute level walk to a choice of beaches, cafes and other facilities.

Bright, airy and spacious, the Guest House is located on the beach side of Austinmer and includes:
- 40m2 internal area including separate living/kitchen area, bedroom with office/study nook, bathroom, and exclusive use laundry.
- exclusive use of a partially covered rear sun-drenched deck with breakfast table setting.
- Fully equipped kitchen, stone benchtops, and quality inclusions.
- marble finishes in Bathroom.
- the Guest House has its own attached private laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron
- Quality linen, furnishings and homewares. Beach towels also provided for your use during your stay.
- POD coffee machine and pods, coffee and mixed tea sachets provided

a little gem

I stayed for 2 weeks in this very well designed, faultlessly clean little place which overlooks a pretty garden. I walked easily to the beach and the glorious ocean pools twice a day. Many other beaches and pools are within easy access along the picturesque coastline. There is a great cafe nearby and Thirroul and its shops (great bookshop ) is a short drive away. David and Monique are friendly, low key, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this place.

Gorgeous cottage- clean, stylish, and comfortable

Beautifully appointed, this stylish and private cottage set beside the main residence, has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Good kitchen to cook up a meal, quality linen and comfortable bed, lovely modern bathroom, and private entry. David and Monique have a gorgeous garden which the bedroom looks over, and we loved waking up to it. Communication with the owners was excellent. Definitely recommend!

I moved to Austinmer several years ago and had an instant love for my new home, which is wedged between the escarpment and the ocean. The main reason for opening Relax-Inn Austinmer was my desire to provide a space filled with a similar level of comfort that made me feel happy to be within when I travel.
