The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family, a large flat screen TV, and pull out couch. The patio off the living room over looks the swimming pool and has seating for 6. Great for gathering or to enjoy a meal with family and friend. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with private bath and walk in shower. Before you retire for the evening, take-in the ocean breezes while listening to the crash of the waves on your balcony with seating for two. The guest bedroom comes equipped with bunk beds, perfect for the children to enjoy with their own TV. This Sea Place Condo is just minutes to downtown historic St. Augustine with dozens of local restaurants and entertainment nearby, this is the perfect location for your next vacation! Nice beach location

Great location to beach. When arrived the condo was dirty. Had to clean the place. Needs a good cleaning. Emailed property managers took 2 weeks to hear back from them. Has an unpleasant smell in the kitchen. All the screens on slides are torn and need replacing. If you stay for a weekend might be good for you. Not for us as we rented for a month. Lack of kitchen supplies

Family Beach Trip 2023

Everything was great! The only hiccup we had was the key pad not working with our code the first day we arrived. That was fixed in 15 min and everything was perfect!

Great location and nicely appointed home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was just as was advertised. It is a lovely location - so convenient to the beach (short walk) and a short drive to stores and restaurants.

Lovely beach stay

This condo was a great choice for our family vacation. The remodel was nice and location/proximity to the pool and beach, fantastic. A few things need to be improved upon such as more accurate access instructions, adding towel racks to the bathrooms, broken screen doors, instructions for the tv sound bar, and the strange smell in the master bedroom.
