Nice centrally located, oceanfront townhouse with wonderful view. Furniture and beds were comfortable. TV’s and internet access were great. Washer and dryer in unit. Nice coffee makers. Needed more dishes, especially bowls, but nothing that major. There are a lot of steps getting into the unit and upstairs to the bedrooms. Short walking distance to the beach and a nice pool behind the unit. This condo entrance was not gated while we were there, nor was the beach gate locked even though we were given gate codes. They might have been under maintenance. It still felt safe since there is fencing around the property.We would stay again but would prefer a place with fewer stairs.

It was a great trip

The location was absolutely beautiful. The space was fantastic and we were even surprised to find some toys for the beach - a wagon and more that became extremely useful to our trip. As a cleaning business owner I could spot places that could’ve been cleaned differently like the faucets and so on. There was a few ants in the master room. Overall we were very satisfied.

Location location location!

We love Sea Place for its incredible ocean views. Nothing better than sleeping with the sliding doors open just a little to hear the sound of waves through the night. We appreciated the beach wagon so we could tote our Ninja tent, chairs, and lunch to the beach. Perfect getaway!

This was a great condo with amazing views from both balconies. Inside is exactly as shown in pictures, was clean and comfortable. The beach was never crowded duting our stay. We will definately stay here again.

We love this place! It was exactly what we were looking for. Beachfront, pool access, and peaceful. All the amenities of home were at our fingertips. St. Augustine in general is a beautiful area that had lots of nearby restaurants, shopping and tourism. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful Condo

Beach vacation

Overall a very nice unit. The upstairs balcony was really nice to be able to see the beach and sit in the sun and hear the waves crashing while you sleep.A couple things that need consideration would be a leak on the base of the half bath toilet, a very wobbly and unstable coffee table and then the plastic cooking utensils melts and leave pieces of plastic in your food. They need to be replaced. Overall, the kitchen pots and pans and dishes could be upgraded

Lovely beach front condo with very nice furnishings. The only complaint would be with master bath: sink drains slowly and shower head delivers painfully harsh water flow. New shower head please! Loved the grounds and the balconies for enjoying the ocean.

The condo is nice. The beach view is awesome. We were told there would be beach chairs, there was only 1. There isn't a book for things to do in the area or good restaurants to eat it. It would make life easier if there was a checkout list at the house.

Definitely would stay here again

Condo was just as described. It was clean, well decorated, and included everything needed in the kitchen. Grounds were well kept and we had no problems with parking. View from condo was lovely. Location was perfect (grocery 10 minutes away and St. Augustine was 20 minutes). My only suggestion/complaint would be that using the gate card to get to the beach was a little tricky the first time. A sign with directions at the gate would be helpful.
