Family friendly central cottage

This property is in the most central location you could possibly want. Located only 50 meters away from the main shopping center.
Walk to the Golf, Bowling RSL and Workers clubs as well as the many restaurants and Pubs.
You have three Queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room.
The bath room is family friendly with a bath for the kiddos or those of us that like to have a soak.
Large laundry with washer and dryer and room to store all those suit cases and bags to keep you room free of clutter.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining table with room for 6 diners.
The home is furnished with a mix of new and vintage pieces giving it a beautiful homely feeling you will feel at home in.
The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the kitchen dining area and an additional gas heater in the lounge room.

There is off street parking and a small enclosed yard.

Lovely little cottage, conveniently located just off of the main street. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. The newly added ducted a/c was a god-send - kept the house nice and cool on the 40deg days we stayed there.

The house was wonderfully well-located, right in the heart of Goulburn and just across the road from Coles and its associated centre. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well-equipped, particularly for the genuine self-caterer. While we had little need to call on Tracy, she was most obliging and considerate when we did.

Lovely house in town

Coming to town for a wedding, my cousin and I needed somewhere to stay away from the rest of the family. This house was fantastic, had everything we needed and communication with the owner was easy and nice. Would recommend.
