The only issues were the drains on the main and upper floor showers which were fixed. We liked the condo.

Not for the Cost
This property was the most overpriced property we've stayed at and not as listed. First, it is much smaller than the pictures let on. The kitchen can hardly fit 2 people at one time and is not made for groups. We had 5 adults and 3 children. It was TIGHT! The property is also extremely outdated. The vacuum didn't work (the only cleaning supply provided, which is an issue with 8 ppl), the stovetop hardly worked (not ideal when trying to cook for a group) and there were no items provided to the guests, which is something I've never experienced with VRBO and especially at this price point. You had to purchase olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. There wasn't even a guest book with details on where to find the grill, how to work the TV, etc. Even the basics weren't provided. The guy working the front desk acted like we inconvenienced him every time we asked for something, including when purchasing laundry detergent and coins - also not included in the cost even though the listing says laundry. We worked with the front desk to get a pack and play for our baby, which was also an additional cost. It wasn't there when we arrived and then arrived right before we needed it after we called and was broken. There was a leak coming through the window, which we had to call in. No one ever came to check it out. Finally, we worked with guest services to book our rides to/from the airport. They booked our return trip for the wrong day even though all flight information was provided, causing us to almost miss our flight. Luckily the car company was amazing and made it work (thank you Peak Transportation!) but was a stressful situation that was avoidable. All in all, not worth the high cost. While the location is nice, the unit is extremely outdated compared to others in the building, overpriced and the property managers aren't as helpful as it seems when booking.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, and I assure you that we take your input seriously.
The listing photos accurately show the property, including size and capacity. The dining table is inside the kitchen, as can be seen in the photos. I imagine it would be a tight squeeze for a group with that number of adults; we always encourage guests to reach out to us directly to help find the property that will best fit their needs.
Any maintenance issues that were reported to us during your stay were acted upon immediately; our Maintenance Director and his assistant responded to the window leak while your family was out skiing. The water was cleaned up and the roof above your condo was shoveled off. Unfortunately, we did not receive your feedback about the stovetop and vacuum until after your stay, so we did not have the opportunity to rectify them, but we have checked them immediately upon receiving your feedback. We are unable to identify any issues with it. The vacuum has been replaced.
We do send check in information prior to arrival that details what is available inside the condo and what is not. First morning’s coffee and a small salt & pepper shaker are provided in the condo; we do not provide any additional food items due to health and safety precautions, but we do partner with a local grocery delivery service and are happy to work with guests upon request to ensure that everything you need is in the condo prior to your arrival. Paper towels, dish pods, etc., are provided in the condo free of charge and we are happy to deliver more upon request.
The listing does specifically note that the laundry is coin operated.
I apologize for the delivery issues with the pack & play; I assure you that is not typical, but we were able to provide you with a functional pack & play that evening. We do charge for additional bedding items, such as pack & plays and roll-away beds.
We have reviewed our communication with Peak Transportation, as well as the confirmation that we provided to you after booking your transportation. The dates and times on the confirmation and in the request we made with Peak were correct, based on the information you provided to us in your original request. We do forward the transportation confirmation to guests and ask that it is reviewed for accuracy to avoid any issues like this.
Again, thank you for choosing to stay with us.
The condo was located in a nice spot with instant access to the slopes and lifts which was our main priority. The WIFI signal was strong, the bathroom floors were heated, and the water pressure was great. The pool and hot tub were both heated and were located right outside our building #1 which was great. Parking is limited. You are assigned one spot in the garage and if you happen to have a second car there are 9 additional parking spots outside of the garage that are shared between 4 condos and I think maybe 140 units. We had two cars so we were lucky enough to secure one of the outside parking spots when we checked in (there was one spot available) but once we parked that car we did not move it until we left because we were worried it would not be there when we returned. They did say we could park offsite at a Walmart about 6 miles away but I really did not want to do that with a rental car. Even though the unit did not have a washer and dryer in it there was a laundry room on our floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. You could download an app onto your phone to pay or get quarters from the office. It was $2 to wash and $2 to dry. Before you buy detergent check the laundry room because some people left their detergent behind after they checked out so you may not need to purchase any. The condo itself was nice but a little worn with older brown carpet and brown tiles . When we arrived at the condo the lights seemed really dim and not bright at all. We checked with maintenance on possibly getting brighter light bulbs and as it turned out many of the lights have dimmers on them but the switches were the old fashion flip switches (not the newer paddle ones) so the dimmers were hard to see but once we turned the lights onto their full brightness it made a huge difference. The unit was stocked with toilet paper and tissues but there is really very little in the kitchen cabinets -no sugar, salt,or pepper. I think there were some coffee filters. You will want to stock up at the grocery store. The unit was clean when we arrived except for a large pile of dog poop on the balcony (that maintenance came and cleaned up right away) .
We enjoyed our stay at this property. At our second time staying at Snow Flower, and we plan to stay again. The ski in- ski out benefit is tremendously convenient.
Snow Flower is a perfect ski in/out property. This unit worked well for us since we had three adult kids, my husband and I, and my parents with us. It has plenty of beds and room for everyone to sit in the living area and kitchen table. We had a great time!
