Always a great stay

We have visited multiple times and have enjoyed ourselves every time... Pat is very welcoming and flexible with check in / check out times where possible... Great location, near wineries and shops, but far enough to feel like you are staying in the country.

The property was beautifully presented, clean and had all the necessary requirements for our stay. We found this to be a great base for us to explore a lot of the attractions. It is located in a lovely quiet area and a short drive to the local shopping centre.

A lovely cottage

All the vibes of a country getaway with the convenience of being near Geelong and the Peninsula. We had such a great time staying at Pat's cottage. Fully stocked so we could have a little breakfast one day and a fire at night the next. Thanks for building such a nice place to escape.

Delightful getaway with excellent host

This was such a beautiful farm cottage, close to town and the beach, exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. We had the most wonderful time enjoying the outdoor space, breathing the fresh air and listening to the birds. The host was an excellent communicator which made everything super smooth. Would absolutely recommend this property for a quiet getaway.

Perfect weekend family getaway

Beautiful cottage that is incredibly well equipped for our short stay. Lots of entertainment for the kids from books to board games. Communication with the owners was fantastic before our arrival. Looking forward to coming back already!

A lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful cottage. We brought our large Dalmatian and he had an absolute ball. The cottage is beautifully renovated and furnished and it has such a lovely feel to it. We all enjoyed sitting out on the grass watching the wildlife running around while the sun was setting. I am very picky when it comes to accommodation, especially ones that are dog friendly, and we would absolutely not hesitate to book and stay here again. Thankyou Pat for your hospitality. Relaxing and cosy

Our group of 6 friends loved our stay. There was enough space to not feel overcrowded but maintained a cosy feel. The outlook is instantly peaceful and the cottage itself is beautiful. Everything you need is here

Lovely Christmas stay.

Loved our stay! Spacious rooms comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen, awesome views great fire pit - our dog loved the open area outside and inside. Great communication with the owner and delicious apples! We cannot wait to come back definitely recommend 100%

Enjoyable place

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at Pat's place. Serene, quiet and plenty of open space appreciated by us and our blue heeler. Decor and furnishings are of a high standard and the home is very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Close to everything the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.

Relaxing getaway

We had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this delightful cottage. The house was clean, cosy and inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. We were surrounded by beautiful views in a very quiet location yet only minutes drive to the shops and a short trip away to beaches. Would highly recommend!

Great long weekend away

We loved staying here for the long weekend in March. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to get some peace and quiet but close enough to still be able to order Uber Eats!! The house is incredible!!! We didn't want to leave!!

Always a great getaway escape!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. It has everything we want and need, as well as being dog friendly.. Close to wineries, it makes an ideal spot for a weekend getaway! We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!

Fabulous again!

A wonderful home that’s away from the bustle of life but close to all the best spots in the area. Pat is a fabulous host and the property is comfortable and stylish. This was our second stay and we are sure to be back again.
