Amazing accommodation with everything we needed. The location feels like you are in the country, but you are still so close to everything.We had beautiful sunsets and there are lovely views from every window Highly recommend & will definitely be returning soon.

We were suitably impressed with the detail that went into the refurbishment of the house itself and were happy to let our little ones play in the back yard. Comfortable place to stay with central heating and cooling. Pat answered any questions we had in reasonable time and manner. We would stay again.

A lovely cottage

All the vibes of a country getaway with the convenience of being near Geelong and the Peninsula. We had such a great time staying at Pat's cottage. Fully stocked so we could have a little breakfast one day and a fire at night the next. Thanks for building such a nice place to escape.

Perfect weekend family getaway

Beautiful cottage that is incredibly well equipped for our short stay. Lots of entertainment for the kids from books to board games. Communication with the owners was fantastic before our arrival. Looking forward to coming back already!

A wonderful home that’s away from the bustle of life but close to all the best spots in the area. Pat is a fabulous host and the property is comfortable and stylish. This was our second stay and we are sure to be back again.

Always a great getaway escape!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. It has everything we want and need, as well as being dog friendly.. Close to wineries, it makes an ideal spot for a weekend getaway! We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!

Home Away From Home

This home away from home gave us a space to come together as a family from interstate for the holiday season. From the young, old and the furry, we have created memories in this home that we will all cherish together. It is such a beautiful property with everything inside and out that truly made it feel like home. As I sit here, writing this review, the sunset over the field, watching the rabbits run around having a cold drink on the front deck and thank you for giving us the opportunity to come together.From The Dyers

A wonderful family friendly and pet friendly farm cottage!

This delightful farm cottage delivered on everything as it was listed and the ease of check in/check out was so helpful. The location was really handy for us to explore the Bellarine Peninsula, as it was so central to all the places we wanted to visit (Portarlington, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff). The set up was perfect for our family and we felt really comfortable having our small dogs with us. Everything was great with the bedding, towels, decor, cooling, BBQ facilities, wifi and living areas.

Beautiful little place

We enjoyed a delightful family getaway at this property during peak season. Appreciated its slightly secluded setting with picturesque countryside views, ensuring a peaceful stay without disruptions from other holidaymakers. The proximity to the beach, just a 10-minute drive to Barwon Heads/Ocean Grove, was a bonus. The house itself was charming, accommodating 6 adults and 1 infant perfectly. Our only critique, preventing a 5-star rating, is that the futon beds lacked comfort. If there was a double bed or bunk beds in the reading room with a more comfortable mattress would have earned it a 5-star review from us.

Wine tasting bird watchers

A perfect facility for our needs on the long weekend. We were able to travel around the Peninsula during the day whilst enjoying breakfasts and dinners at home. Just a couple of comments. The website didn’t indicate that there was an en suite and that the 3rd room was a very adequate bedroom. Also the spout in the en-suite is loose Another suggestion… it may be worth considering more functional bedside lamps to read by. Just a thought. Thanks for the opportunity

We had a wonderful stay. The property is private with beautiful views. It’s so peaceful and we left feeling so relaxed! Its fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals plus its location was close to shops etc making it such an easy stay. There were 3 couples staying total, it’s worth nothing the third bedroom is a second living room with a sofa bed but can be completely closed off / private.

Had a lovely time at the Farm Cottage. It's not only a pretty home, it's also been really thoughtfully kitted-out. It's always nice when a place has clearly been set up with liveability in mind. The kitchen was really well equipped. Any supplies we needed were available. Plenty of nice places to visit nearby. You won't find many better 2-bedroom stays around.

Farm Cottage is the most perfect dog-friendly haven, and Pat has thought of everything to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Talking of comfort, the beds are incredible - haven’t slept that well in a long time - and the bath was great. There are shops only a short drive away, so many beaches nearby and my dog loved the wide open fields right outside to explore. It’s very quiet and the stars at night are incredible. Highly recommend, I would happily return to stay again.

Delightful getaway with excellent host

This was such a beautiful farm cottage, close to town and the beach, exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. We had the most wonderful time enjoying the outdoor space, breathing the fresh air and listening to the birds. The host was an excellent communicator which made everything super smooth. Would absolutely recommend this property for a quiet getaway.

Always a great stay

We have visited multiple times and have enjoyed ourselves every time... Pat is very welcoming and flexible with check in / check out times where possible... Great location, near wineries and shops, but far enough to feel like you are staying in the country.
