Home from home

Great stay at this charming home full of personal touches. Comfiest couch ever, warm and cosy which the grandparents really appreciated and a great location for skiing gore which suited the kids! Super helpful and attentive owners, would definitely look to stay again

Spring skiing

Super close to Gore- very convenient. Property is a great value and has that fun retro vibe going. We played lots of pool after hitting the slopes. Overall a perfect getaway.

Snowboard Trip

We had a great time snowboarding Gore and were very happy with the house and its 2.5-mile proximity to the mountain. We especially enjoyed the pool table after a good day on the snow.

Great Getaway Cabin

I spent three nights with my family at this wonderful cabin. It is situated nicely in the Adirondack park, which allowed us to enjoy fresh air, hiking, and bonfires. I would return to the property again.

Comfy Cozy place in beautiful area

We had a wonderful visit. The house is so cozy and fun. We made s’mores in the fire pit. We found local sledding hills. We were there for a week and didn’t have a bad day.

Overall very good location and experience

My family members and I enjoyed our stay in this Adirondack home. We found the home matching the VRBO description and were comfortable during our stay. The beds were great and living room furniture very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied and the location within 2.5 miles of Gore Mountain was perfect to support our short ski trip adventure. Highly recommended!

Great family ski trip

Property was as advertised and close to Gore Mountain. Owner was very communicative and quick to respond. Place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We had a great trip and would recommend for those loooing for a ski trip or escape to the Adirondack Mountiains!

Cozy place to stay

The house has plenty of space (and beds!). The beds were good enough. Each room had individual thermostats, which was a huge plus for a group with varying temperature preferences. A great highlight was the fireplace which comes with a huge stack of firewood sitting outside.Overall we had a great time.

The Chalet was awesome! The place was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay. My son enjoyed playing pool, the TV and Internet was easy to setup and use, and despite the high humid and heat, the house was always cool and comfortable. You are not too far from anything, but we did have fun finding food options early in week due to the Summer hours at most restaurants. Overall we loved the quiet neighborhood, the peaceful calm area and the nice local people.

Best first time ski trip!

Excellent experience, great location, tucked away at Gore Mountain. Our families first time sking and we loved it. We booked this location, and that made it even better, functional kitchen, room for 10+, very comfortable, warm, cozy, really home away from home. Perfect spot, 2 mins away fro sking, supermarket, Walgreen, gas ⛽, Highly recommended for all beginner to expert Skiers, need getaway book this place, you wont regret it.
