The space
This spacious beach house features a private pool, surrounded by a large lush, fully enclosed garden—ideal for kids to play safely while you relax. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a retreat that’s designed for unwinding, with modern amenities throughout.

House Rules:
• Quiet retreat, not a party house.
• No parties or events.
• 9 PM noise curfew in place to maintain the tranquil atmosphere.
• Respectful of neighbours, please avoid excessive noise or loud music during the day.

You'll find a variety of restaurants and bars just a short stroll from the property. Enjoy takeouts from Peko Peko, Curry Pirates or Gnocci Gnocci Bros, or dine in at Skol, Bodega, St Brigid's Bar and Restaurant, Jalisco Tequila Bar, General Public and The Corner Diary, to name a few.

For great coffee and breakfast options, check out Folk and Merchant, Arthur's, Acai Corner, Drip and Drift—all within walking distance. Need groceries? Brighton Road Market is right around the corner for all your essentials.

The beach is only a 10-minute walk or short drive away, with even more dining, nightlife, and attractions, including night markets, the whale playground, and the skatepark.

The Space
Our spacious home features 3 comfortable bedrooms:
• A master bedroom with a King bed
• A second bedroom with a Queen bed
• A third bedroom with a double bunk (single on top)

The house accommodates up to 5 adults and 2-3 children. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

There’s 1 bathroom and an outdoor shower (cold water only).

Other things to note
1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 30 years old to book, or have a history of positive reviews to qualify.

2 No Parties or Events: This is a strict no-go zone for gatherings or functions.

3 Noise Control: Guests are asked to be mindful of noise, with restrictions on loud music and noise after 9pm, especially since the property is in a quiet cul-de-sac.

4 Guest Limit: Only the number of guests booked are allowed, and any extra guests need prior approval.

5 Decorative Surfboard: The surfboard is purely for decoration and shouldn’t be used in the pool.

6 Confirmation Required: A message will be sent asking for confirmation that you’ve read and understood the rules before the booking is confirmed.
