Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
* No pets, no parties or events, and all guests and visitors need to be registered The bins are taken out weekly based on colour - see calendar and instructions in the kitchen wall poster.
Please make sure if there is not enough space, you take rubbish to the school bins or council waste centre.
Please DO NOT leave excess rubbish at the house - this is prohibited by council and we will need to charge fees to manage extra waste.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO parties or events
ALL visitors and guests need to be registered. It is not a event space so we do not allow visitors . Long term bookings may have exceptions made.
