We had a great week! The condo is exactly as described. Clean, well stocked, roomy and very comfortable. Location is great! There's a coffee shop by day/tiki bar by night right outside the door. Plenty of food/drink within walking distance. Beach is fantastic. We initially had a couple of very minor hiccups (glitch with code upon arrival, popped circuit breaker, toilet running), but property manager was very responsive and everything was quickly (if not immediately) resolved. We loved Destin and would stay at this property again in a second!

Janice, this is exactly the kind of stay we love to hear about 🙌 We’re so glad you had such a great week and felt right at home—the clean, spacious setup and that unbeatable location really do make it easy to settle in fast. Coffee in the morning, tiki bar at night… not a bad routine at all 🍹☕ We appreciate you mentioning the small hiccups too—and we’re happy our team was able to jump on those quickly and get everything back on track. That’s always the goal. Destin has a way of pulling people back in, so we’ll be ready for you anytime you decide to return. We’d love to host you again! 🌊

Spacious condo steps from the beach

We stayed here the week of July 4th. It was perfect for 3 adults and 1 infant. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare meals and the closet had beach chairs and a buggy to haul all of your things to the beach. The beach was just a short walk across the street. On the 4th we were able to see fireworks from the balcony! We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you so much for the glowing review! 🎆 We're thrilled to hear the home was a perfect fit for your group—and how cool that you got to watch fireworks from the balcony on the 4th! The short stroll to the beach and that handy buggy setup really are game changers. We’re so glad you felt at home and had everything you needed to relax and enjoy your trip. We'd absolutely love to welcome you back for another stay soon! ☀️🌊 —Gulf Tide Vacations Team

Great Nesting

Check in process was exactly as explained in the information given in the emails as was all the items included with our stay. All that was needed was a few extra which we came prepared with because of the great info provided. The condo looked exactly like the photos online and was clean upon arrival. Located right across the street from the beach which was an easy couple minute walk down the path and right on to the beach access!!! View from balcony and bedrooms was splendid all with a Gulf view! Laundry right across the hall and trash chute same floor as well. Beds were super comfortable and a very nice sized bathroom. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be better water pressure and this was very low causing for longer showers, but this would be more of a personal preference. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with great communication throughout and would definitely stay here agian!!!
