This Kiawah Island vacation rental features four bedrooms, elegant coastal décor, and a lovely screened porch. The home is about a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The light and bright living area offers a comfortable sofa, three side chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Past the living room, you will find the sunroom which has a sectional sofa, side chair, flat-screen TV, and an abundance of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a stylish backsplash, and bar stool seating for four, has everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area is nestled between the kitchen and living area and is the perfect place to enjoy meals or play games.

Downstairs you will find three of the home’s four bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. On the other end of the main floor, you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two double beds. Both bedrooms are close to a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. Down the hall, there is another full bathroom which offers a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find the final bedroom which has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Escape to the screened porch where you will find a sectional sofa, rocking chairs, and a dining table and chairs. A gas grill for guest use is located just off the back steps.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
