This gorgeous four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is on one of our most popular streets, Ocean Green and Silver Moss. Sitting right on the cul-de-sac and peninsula of Silver Moss, this home has magnificent views of wildlife and the Turtle Point golf course. The house is just a minute's walk to the beach and the neighborhood pool. The footbridge across the lagoon takes you straight to Atlantic Beach Court to cut through to the beach.

The home has a bright, open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining table. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a homemade meal. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The expansive screened-in porch overlooks the 18th hole of the Turtle Point golf course. This space is an additional room inviting outdoor dining, socializing, and a nap on the Charleston porch swing. You will love watching the golfers and the wildlife passing through. The
first floor has a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Taking the stairs to the second floor, you are greeted with an additional family room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-air sun deck. To the right, there is a king bedroom with a private bathroom. This room has access to the balcony. To the left, across the family room, are the other two rooms. The king bedroom has balcony access, and it shares a bathroom with the two twin bedroom. The family room includes a TV and a pull-out sofa for two additional guests.

Perfect for our family of 6

This beautiful home was perfect for our family! We have 2 adult children out of college, one college student and a high school teen. The home was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Felt like home away from home. Kiawah Island and its activities, and its proximity to Charleston, made this a perfect vacation for us!

Great stay

Easy access to the beach ~5 min walk, easy enough with toddlers. There are tons of chairs/boogie boards/other beach gear in the garage. We had an issue with the dryer while there and they had someone out the same day - within 1-2 hours. Overall a great visit and would return to same property.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable & roomy. AC worked great!! It's a short walk to the beach and pool. Our only complaint was all the bugs. We couldn't keep our porch light on and get in the house at night. They might want to get someone out to spray and clean off the porch and back deck. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Perfect location for families

Location is key- short walk/ bike ride to beach and Sanctuary. Home could use some overall updating, though kitchen and appliances are top-notch. Screened porch is very nice. Great for family of six (parents, aunt, grandmother, and twin teen boys). Have rented in this neighborhood for several years, and this home is a good value. Others have more comfort, but we don't spend much time in the house, except for meals.

Great for the Kiawah marathon!

The property was perfect for what our 2 families needed. It was clean, along the marathon route and the beach access bridge made it easy to get around. The open floor plan made it great for a group spot and the bedrooms were nice places to get rest. Loved the porch swing on the first floor. Beach chairs and sand toys for the kids were great too. Check in and out was simple and it overall was a very nice stay - would definitely do it again!

The house is in a great location. The kitchen has all the supplies you need. Only concern was the dark interior and dated furnishings. Had some palmetto bugs but most places do.

Kiawah Island Vacation

We had stayed in this property last year without any problems and enjoyed it immensely. When we arrive this year the upstairs air conditioning was not working with temps in excess of 80 degrees. We immediately called the management company and after 2days and 17 phone calls it was finally fixed. There was extremely poor communications . An AC person have arrive immediately and fixed the problem. In addition a window was left wide open down stairs. The dishes weren't properly cleaned and the locks on the rear screen doors did not work. The front steps needed painted and pressure washed. There were also saplings growing out of the rear house gutters. It was clean and well appointed otherwise.

Great Location

7 Silver Moss is a great location. We had a wonderful time. The house itself could use some updating. Some of the bed linens had black hairs in them and blood stains. We called and they did take care of this the following morning. The master shower had mildew in it and there were several water bugs/roaches crawling around the house. The weather was fantastic though, so we were not inside the house that much.

Family vacation

We spent a week at this house and it was perfect. Kids had the upstairs loft which workd perfectly for them. There is plenty of space and the kitchen has a great flow. The only down fall was we felt the freezer was a bit small. (To much food i guess) Also the main glass slider door was very hard to close. We would for sure stay again in this house. Beach is about a 3 min bike ride or a 6 min walk. No one had any problems making the trip.

Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay at 7 Silver Moss! It was a great location. Perfect for walking to the beach, biking and enjoying family time! The rooms and accommodations worked well for our large family. The beach toys in the garage were so nice to have access to! A few things I noticed... There were quite a few dirty dishes we pulled from the cabinets. We had to wash coffee stains out of mugs, food left on bowls, etc. The master bedroom would benefit from a king bed and possibly a shower update. The mildew in the shower was a turnoff. We did enjoy our stay very much but as a longtime renter on Kiawah, those are my observations to better the property. Thank you!

Feedback from our stay

We loved almost everything about our stay at Kiawah Island 7 Silver Moss. The highlights were the screened in porch with the wide swing, we used the porch several times each day including Pilates and Barre classes, zoom meetings, picnics, watching the rain, dozing, story time and bottle time. We never ran out of new ways to enjoy our porch. The house was great as was the proximity to the beach and the condos where our other family members stayed. We found everyone we encountered to be friendly and helpful, it's a lovely community. The shops are a bit far from the house and having a little market closer would have increased the convenience, but we did enjoy the nearby Freshfields, we thought it could be 5 x times bigger! We experienced only one shortcoming and that was the beds at the house, they were all very uncomfortable. Upgrading the beds and providing cotton sheets and pillow cases is highly recommended, for us that could effect our decision to return next year. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you very much.

Needs Improvement

We had a bug problem throughout our 7 day vacation. I think they were palmetto bugs. I killed several per day in various rooms. My daughter would not sleep in her bedroom as she woke to bugs on dressers, walls and even on her blanket! The house is great and in a great location, but the bugs ruined what would have been a nice experience.

We had such a great time here. Kiawah is always a fun time when our family travels there. First time renting with Sweetgrass and they were great. Only had one small issue and they resolved it immediately! Can’t wait to come back soon!
