Right in the heart of Union Pier, we welcome you to Lakeshore Splash! This four bedroom, three bath home is centrally located and close to everything in Harbor Country. Just a mile from several beach options as well. Your group will love the private heated outdoor pool & hot tub (pool open until October 12th!). Lots of decking to kick back and relax or cook your meals on outdoor gas grill. Wash your beach sand away in your outdoor shower or roast s'mores under the stars in your firepit.

The main floor has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds (bunks) and the other with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen as well as dining for eight, plus additional island seating. Family room with flat screen TV great for gathering.

The second floor has two more bedrooms, both with queen size beds. Large second family room with TV perfect for the kids to break away from the boring adults!

During the summer the European Farmer's Market is steps from your door on the weekends!

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cable, washer/dryer, AC, outdoor heated pool & hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower and more.

Vacation time

The house is just as advertised and very clean. The mosquitoes were bad one night although the next morning a pest control company came and sprayed. The property is beautifully maintained.

Great weekend getaway

This house worked perfectly for a weekend getaway with small kids. It was very clean and located perfectly to access all of the attractions in the Union Pier/New Buffalo area. The pool and outdoor area were stocked well such that you'd never really need to leave and the management company was very responsive to requests. Overall great stay.

Fall Family Getaway

A beautiful home with an awesome backyard. The heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit were a hit with all ages. The 10:00am checkout was challenging with two young grandson's, otherwise the property exceeded all of our expectations.

Relaxing Stay

Great impression of the property and overall New Buffalo area. Nice to have a restaurant right next door and so many places to visit. Management was easy to work with and accommodating. Would stay again. Kids and adults were more than entertained. Only cons: window unit upstairs would be nice as main floor would be cold while upstairs bedrooms stuffy.

Last days of summer before back to school

50th Birthday Party A++

The property is exactly as it appears online. Super clean modern with a great pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. As an added bonus, on Saturday and Sunday during the summer there is a outdoor market with food and beverage provided by neighboring restaurant, Skips. We also had a welcome dinner at Skips which was yummy and convenient. Highly recommend for gatherings. We will definitely rebook this house in the future!

Family Weekend Away

My husband and I had both sets of our parents, my husbands brother and our 14 month old son stayed at the property. The unit was clean and beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. The house itself is pretty naturally childproof. Theres a door that blocks the stairs going up. The pool was a dream, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub as well. The farmers market right outside was also a nice touch. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Trip in June

The only thing was the pool was low, we were told put water in we did, by Friday low again so I would tell the owners. They did have lawn service come while we were there sitting enjoying the day on the porch with no notice and also pool ppl came when we were out and came back to a pump on the cover we didn’t do so that was alarming cuz we didn’t want to be liable if something happened. I would just say notify prior to ppl coming over to do maintenance etc. Other than that gorgeous house and great location!

Very nice!

It was rainy and our son slipped and fell down 4 steps going down off the deck and has a horrible bruise on his left hip and butt still having hard time with pain and comfort. Other than it was a real nice stay My wife and I were not able to make it my brother in law fell and was in ICU we had to stay home was very disappointed

Fun Family Vacation

I was very pleasantly surprised upon opening the door to the house. The kitchen area was large enough for several people to prepare meals at one time. I think it could be stocked better with pots and pans. Everything else you could need was there. I would suggest the owning company provides some decent, larger, proper dish soaps. I feel like it’s their dishes and having guests wash them should be considered an important part of maintaining their home. The pool was awesome. It was very well maintained and clean upon our arrival. The same for the hot tub. Something very important is the deck stairs leading to the pool are extremely slippery when wet. My grandson fell good thing he wasn’t injured. I also slipped from the first stair all the way down and very badly bruised my left leg and left arm. Those stairs really need to be covered with a non-slip material. All the bathrooms were clean and towels were very nice. The beds were all very comfortable. All in all it’s one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. Plenty of space, very welcoming and homey. We’d stay again if we ever vacation in New Buffalo again.
