The home is conveniently located near some of Florida’s most beautiful Gulf Coast destinations.

Within approximately 15–20 minutes, you can visit Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park in historic Tarpon Springs, known for its sponge docks, waterfront restaurants, and unique local atmosphere.

Just over 20 minutes away is world-famous Clearwater Beach, making it an excellent day-trip destination for beautiful beaches, Gulf waters, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

The property is also just a few minutes from US-19, providing convenient access to numerous restaurants, local bars, shopping, entertainment, and other nearby attractions.

For everyday necessities, a local shopping plaza is approximately 5 minutes away and includes a grocery store, pizzerias, bars, AutoZone, and many other businesses and services.
