Close to Everything in Branson - Every Bedroom has a Private Bath!.

This 4 King Bedroom/4 Master Bath Condo is sure to be a unit that you will come back to over and over! This is such a great location - you can get anywhere in Branson in 10 mins and to Silver Dollar City in 15! Run over to the Sight and Sound Theatre for a show, come back and relax before you head to the Branson Landing for Dinner and you still won't spend time in the car! There is a view of the Thousand Hills Golf Course too! Looking for a unit with a no stairs option? Look no further! Park right in front of the elevator at the building next door and there is a walkway straight to the unit. It is about a 200 foot, level walk from the elevator to the front door.

The 4 king bedrooms have luxury linens, wonderful mattresses and every bedroom has a flat screen smart tv. The attached baths make it perfect for privacy for everyone! Two of the masters have walk in showers and 2 have tub/shower combos!

There is a large living area and huge sunroom where the dining table sits right by the windows with plenty of light. There is a 2nd small fridge there perfect for beverages. The living area is huge and has extra seating with a loveseat and a sleeper sofa, along with a recliner too! There is a large flat screen Smart Tv for streaming Neftflix or we also have cable as well. Free High Speed Wifi of course!

The kitchen is ready for any meal, including Thanksgiving. You'll find all you need: silverware, storage containers, several small appliances, pans, dishes and more. The dining area has plenty of seating for the whole group to share a meal together and discuss the days activities. The open floor plan means those in the kitchen are still in the conversation with everyone in the living area. The washer and dryer in the condo will let you pack lightly too. The dining room is perfect for game night as well!

One of the best features is the huge patio with the grassy yard! Sit on the patio while you are grilling your dinner! Everything is on one level and you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and feel like you are away from everything but just 10 mins to anything you would want to enjoy about the Ozarks! Enjoy the museums, shows, great restaurants, Table Rock Lake, world-class golf and of course Silver Dollar City! Our Grand Legacy condo will be one of your favorite spots to enjoy the area!

Beautiful condo with 4 nice rooms such with its own bathroom. Stairs were challenging when moving in and moving out but all in all a great choice for our almost week stay in Branson. The location is perfect for the shows and other attractions. Will absolutely consider it again!

Very pleased with our stay, loved the large square table for 8, we were able to all sit together for meals and later play games. We brought our own dice and played Yahtzee each evening.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed the convenience of the location, the size of the property, the parking options, and the amenities. The kitchen is stocked with everything to enjoy carry out meals. Our kiddos loved the basketball court and the mini golf across the street. We had one issue requiring maintenance, and someone came by to fix our problem quickly. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Place was clean and just as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners left a small bowl of snacks for us and hotel size shampoo, conditioner, etc. Nice touch! Only issue is the road that you turn on to (Green Mountain Drive) from the condo, has no 4 way stop and a steep hill from the left makes it impossible to see oncoming traffic from that direction. Just have to move fast. But this is not the fault of the condo owners obviously. The condo is on the lower level and parking is up one floor so you need to take the stairs or use the elevator outside the next building over. There was a luggage rack available so not a big deal and not a long walk.

Good and Disappointed

Review our October 2022 stay. Location was great. Condo clean and well equiped. Condo was ground level BUT was 2 flights of stairs below the parking lot! Elevator yes, but inconvenient because of the distance from your car to the elevator to the condo and all the luggage carriers, had flats and bad tiers. It was 5pm when we arrived and I called the helpline. The maintenance man answered said nothing else available and would have someone call the next day. No one called. Our group of 6 ranged in age from 69 to 97 with multiple health issues. So the stairs and distance to the condo from the parking lot to elevator down side walk was a challenge.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo!! We went to a Women's Conference in Branson for the weekend, and it was ideally located. Then we would come back and visit on the patio which was so nice!! the 4 bedrooms made it comfortable for the 8 of us. Everything in the condo is so accommodating for your stay. I highly recommend staying here!!

The property has great placement as it is located in the center of everything to do in Branson. The showers were atrocious with extremely low water pressure and Luke warm water at best. Definitely not what you want at the end of a full day of activities.

Perfect meeting place for family!

We had a sibling and spouses gathering. We met up from Texas, Indiana, and Kentucky. This condo set up was perfectly. Four bedrooms with four in room bathrooms and all on one floor was perfect for 70 age group. The condo was very well equipped with everything you could need during a stay. All the family was complimentary about our choice to stay here.
