The property also includes parking for two vehicles and is strictly non-smoking. While staying at Assateague Pointe, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities including two large outdoor pools, a clubhouse, game room, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a lighted fishing pier, and more. Conveniently located near West Ocean City’s restaurants, outlet shopping, and just a short drive to the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island. Occupancy is limited to six guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

Family beach trip

What an enjoyable trip! The location was perfect to visit Assateague Island each day. The rental was only a few steps to an extremely large and clean pool. The photos and description matched the house exactly. It was a quiet and safe place to stay. i would highly recommend this rental unit.
