2 br / 1 ba on the 13th floor of the Fountainhead Towers. 2 private balconies, outdoor pool.

Enjoy beautiful ocean and bay views from your two private balconies in this spacious 1-bedroom plus den condo, which has been converted into two private sleeping areas. The layout includes a living/dining area, kitchen, and one bathroom. (Please note: this unit has less square footage than the standard 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo.) With the bedroom door open, you can even catch an ocean view from there. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer/dryer, microwave, TV, free Wi-Fi, phone, central a/c, balcony furniture, and parking for one vehicle. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and tennis courts. Smoking is permitted on balconies only. A building registration fee is required upon arrival. Occupancy is 6. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.

Great location with restaurants close by. Easy walk to beach! Pool didn’t really have a shallow end, which was a bummer for small kids. Starts at over 4 ft and quickly goes to 5 up to 9 ft. Nice view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. The bay side balcony is not attached to the apartment, but across the hallway. We put our beach stuff, wagon etc on that balcony so we didn’t have to bring it inside. They do have two bigger boogie boards and a few beach chairs inside the closet on the bayside balcony. Wish we would’ve known so we didn’t pack all of our 4 beach chairs! Apartment is nicely decorated but the master bed is not very comfortable and is sandwiched in between two walls which makes it hard to get in/out of. Also not able to turn down AC per instructions you get at check in, which was ok in the day but made it hot at night. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come again!

Fantastic place in great location for small children

We had a great one week stay with a 4 & 2 year old in late August. We all loved the condo and especially the close proximity to the nearby park and grocery store. The views from the room are fantastic. This condo also has a second balcony overlooking the bay. The first two days we had dolphins swimming just off shore from our beach setup. The only negatives we had is that you have to drive an additional 10+ minutes towards the boardwalk to retrieve & return your room keys, these are not given to you in the lobby. Also the master bed is quite uncomfortable. That aside, we would definitely return to this condo again!

Family Vacation

1309 was a wonderful stay for myself and my 5 family members! We really enjoyed ourselves, it was very clean when we arrived, easy and early check-in! The only down fall would have to the kitchen. It’s very small and the stove needs to be updated or clean! The smoke detector would go off when we would use the oven!! But besides that everything was perfect!!
