Lucinda Lookout- a contemporary and serene home nestled in a desirable neighborhood of Santa Barbara, ideal for extended stays!
Recently remodeled to perfection, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is tucked away in a quiet yet accessible neighborhood. Lucinda Lookout boasts new appliances, a fireplace, beautiful views, plenty of natural light, and more! Once you open the bright front door, you are met with a stunning open floor plan, ideal for enjoying company and relaxation.
The kitchen in Lucinda Lookout is outfitted for the family chef. It features a double-wide fridge, plenty of storage, and a spacious island with integrated stovetop and ventilation. While you cook, keep your vino at the ideal temperature before serving in the wine fridge! Enjoy a casual meal while seated at the island or gather with family and friends around the dining table that comfortably seats 6. After a nice meal, cozy up on the comfortable sofa in front of the gas fireplace in the adjacent living room and enjoy a good book or TV show.
When it is time to turn in for the night, you'll sleep well in the comfortable beds and luxe linens. The primary bedroom features an Eastern King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, complete with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and small desk, ideal for those working or learning remotely. The third bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and desk, as well as a reading chair to relax in. There is also a bathroom off of the hallway featuring a tub/ shower combo. There is the added benefit of black-out blinds on the north facing bedrooms.
No detail was overlooked inside, and that carries into the exterior of the home as well. Open the accordion glass doors off of the dining room to reach a luxe outdoor living area offering more space to relax in. For those wanting to dine al fresco, there is a dining set for 4 outside, as well as a BBQ and all the accompanying tools to grill up some fire burgers. The multi-tiered backyard also features plenty of grass space for young travelers to play in.
