They could pop out to the back of the property and enjoy the Wendy House and the restored boat that is nestled into the deck. If you are wanting to keep the young ones entertained inside, they will enjoy the many kids books, board games, Thomas the Tank Engine, Duplo and other toys. If you have very young children enjoy free use of the two portacots and bedding, safety gate and highchair. We are also perfect for corporates. With 9 bedrooms we could be perfect for your next off-site, overnight planning and strategy event, just 45-minutes from Wellington CBD.All planning and training sessions can take place in the light and stylish open plan living, which overlooks Kapiti Island. We have a large table that can comfortably sit 10 people as a working space. There is also a whiteboard available, mounted on an easel.Strategise during the day and enjoy a lovely walk along the stunning beach in the evening The numerous windows bring the sun in and the large fireplace, 2 heat-pumps and heaters in every bedroom to ensure your stay is cosy during winter.The bach includes a designer kitchen and scullery with a double oven and range-hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and bread maker.There are three bathrooms; one upstairs and two downstairs, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is a big barbecue and lots of deck options, both on the upstairs balcony and downstairs deck, to enjoy the sun. .Off-street car parking is provided for up to six cars.
