Very clean house with all the accoutrements needed. Very responsive property manager. Pretty view. Be aware that there are stairs (3 levels). It was a great place for our four sibling couples to gather and enjoy. Recommended!

Great Ruidoso getaway

The house was very clean and has all the amenities you need when in Ruidoso. The sauna, jacuzzi on the patio, game room with pool table and darts board, smart TV’s in every room and every bedroom, and a beautiful back patio with great views.

Awesome Home with wonderful views

Wonderful girls trip at this home with plenty of bedrooms and baths for our group of 6. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and darts. Best of all was the time spent together on the porch visiting and enjoying the view during the day and the lights on the trees in the evening.

6/10 Okay

Disappointed

Didn’t get the full effect of expectations the hot tub was green n bad smell of mildew even after a tech drained the water n put fresh water so no hot tub time no chalk for the pool sticks so couldn’t use the pool table water heater didn’t work so couldn’t use three of the showers the master bedroom has a jet tub could use it due to no hot water other than that the home is beautiful plenty of towels clean hopefully the rest will be addressed n taken care of so that other guest can get the full effect of a vacation n relaxing stay

We're glad you found the home beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with towels. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot water heater issue during your stay and understand how this impacted your ability to enjoy some of the home's amenities. The issue has been addressed, and we appreciate your patience. The hot tub was professionally cleaned before arrival, and when concerns were reported, a technician promptly serviced it. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the pool table supplies and will review inventory procedures to help ensure everything guests need is available.

Well equipped - just older

Kitchen is well equipped!Lots of beds- and bed warmers.Plenty of TVs.Great location in town.Just older, and odd to request all dishes put an away on exit. Usually you just have the dishwasher loaded and running when you exit. Have never had to also have it unloaded. Changes breakfast plans-

Family Retreat

The house is absolutely amazing!!!! Fireplaces abound which creates ambiance. Loved sitting on the deck in the hot tub looking at the view of Sierra Blanca. TVs were everywhere so everyone had options. There was also a sauna upstairs in the master bedroom and a game room downstairs! Neal (property manager) was quick to respond to any questions, though we didn’t run into any problems. Highly recommend this property. It has everything and more!!!!

High Loop Beauty

My husband and I enjoyed this house very much. It was very clean. It had everything you needed and the kitchen was stocked better than any property we've ever rented. We even discover a single serve K-cup that the managers were not sure was there! We had trouble with the key pad (total user error) and Neal answered his phone immediately and stepped us though it. Thanks for an amazing stay with a beautiful view!
