We so enjoyed the homeliness and warmth of the Orchard Cottage, which was so well cared for, beautifully designed and decorated and which made for the perfect Winter escape for our family. Although we picked a rainy, fog-filled weekend to get away, there were zero complaints as kids savoured the warm ambience of the home and fireplace. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches around the home and Carol’s generous hospitality. The local shops are within walking distance and you really are spoilt for choice when it comes to good food. We did daily walks in the mountains, each within a 10 minute drive from the home. Look forward to our next stay there and hoping to try out the wood fire oven next time!

Beautiful propertyHowever dust on the bin and toilet brush cover top ,that had been sitting there for a long time in the main bedroom bathroom ,inside fridge unclean, ice block trays broken in freezer, stained lounge , had to clean the outside pizza oven before useDust everywhere We stayed there four years ago and the place was so cleanThe cleaner isn’t cleaning properly

Beautiful getaway!

This amazing 5 bedroom house is perfect for a blue mountains getaway. It is also perfect for hosting a few friends over for a pizza in the pizza oven! I would 100% stay at this place again and would recommend it!

Loved the space! Pictures looked true to how gorgeous the house is. We had a small group of loved ones to celebrate our wedding and everyone was in awe. Deb was also lovely to deal with - couldn’t recommend it enough!

Boutique property. Easy to relax in. Easily accommodated 6 (20 yr old) family members. Wonderful access to the best the Blue Mountains has to offer. Offf road parking. Good internet connection.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful, the kitchen was amazing and we could all fit around the table for meals together. The backyard was great for the grandchildren to run around and play games. It was close to shops and a short drive from all the tourist attractions.

Beautiful house in convenient location

Beautifully designer decorated house that has a warm and cosy welcoming atmosphere situated in a convenient location that’s within walking distance to the Leura Mall. Looking forward to staying here again when the weather is cooler so I can cosy up in front of the indoor fire place

We loved the house. There was such a great yard for the kids, who played outside most of the time. The kitchen was well equipped, the soaps and body products were 5 star. The bed linen was so comfortable. We had a great long weekend. The owner let us check in early and check out late, she was always available when I messaged her. I would highly recommend this beautiful house. It was just so lovely.

Amazing venue

We booked orchard cottage for our small wedding (approximately 30 guests) and it couldn't have been more perfect. Carol was very communicative and accommodating and the house was absolutely beautiful. We stayed with family for a few nights and everything was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Magical Christmas Stay

We spent the most magical family Christmas at this beautiful house this year. The house was perfectly styled and appointed (including the most gorgeous Christmas tree). The whole family, including our pugalier, enjoyed every aspect of the house, including the beautiful garden (great for cricket), the pizza oven and the super comfortable beds. Carol was an exceptionally helpful and generous host and we can’t wait to return!

Superb get together!

Looking to accomodate a reunion of first time mums group from Yorkshire and the now 22 yr old children was a challenge! Perfect weekend was had hiking, games, cooking and coming together all under one roof with space in the garden for the dog to play frizbee! Highly recommend! A Delightful Stay

Our small wedding (20 guests) was held indoors in this beautiful home. Intimate and stylish with plenty of space for guests and no need for the celebrant to use a PA system. Pet friendly with quiet neighbours and a good sized patio and garden. Close to Leura town centre. We can recommend Orchard Cottage for any small, special events.
