Great apartment, terrible parking space, no lift from carpark
The apartment is lovely, however, there is no aircon, and no ceiling fan in lounge and kitchen area. A stand up fan is provided for that area, though most of the time we had a nice breeze. The 2 bedrooms both have ceiling fans. It's great having a front and back balcony, with views from both areas. The front ocean view is limited by buildings either side, but is still good. However, the parking spot for this apartment is horrendous - between 2 pylons, at least a 3-5 point turn to get into it, and no lift to the ground floor from the underground carpark, so we had to then exit the carpark, go to the ground level carpark, park in someone's spot while we unloaded and caught the lift up a couple of times to unpack, then move the car back into the terrible carpark. For this reason alone, we will not be staying there again.
