Enjoy a true cottage experience for families only on a gorgeous 1.5 acre wooded island in a secluded inlet on Lake Manitouwabing near Parry Sound. Master bedroom, Loft and Kitchen, 3 Piece Bathroom, Living Room, Screened In Porch and Bunkie. Sun Deck faces south/west. Fire Pit Deck faces west. Bunkie faces East. Propane and Solar powered. A 200 yard (1 minute) commute to island from the private parking area. A 19’ Luxury Pontoon Boat (not pictured) is available for rental at an additional $300 per day based on a 7 day period.
