This property should not be on your books. It needs a thorough clean and refurbishment. The location is fabulous its such a shame. We also had a terrible time with noise from the property next door with construction despite having spoken with the owner prior to arrival and being told there would be no noise. We actually left after 4 days ! We were not allowed a refund. Happy to send you pictures

We’ve already arranged a full review of the property, including a deep clean and maintenance assessment, and we’ve now added clearer information to the listing details so guests know exactly what to expect, including the neighbouring construction.
We understand how frustrating the situation must have been, and we appreciate you raising it so we can put the right improvements in place.
The host was slow to reply to enquiries and failed to follow up on important questions within reasonable time franes. When we asked if we could drop our luggage off at the property prior to the questionable 3pm checkin time we were told we would be contactedif if the cleaners finished early to allow luggage drop off. When we arrived at 12pm we could see the cleaners had finished and gone but the host did not confirm this as promised. Once in the apartment it became clear the place was in poorer condition than advertised with mould on the bathroom ceiling , dog eared rugs, chipped paint flakes, damaged outdoor furniture and mattresses with serious stains. Strangely when we came to the end of our trip the owner all of sudden became very communicative about what thry needed in terms of check outs and clean ups despite having been hopeless at communications earlie. Seemed to us the place is a cash cow with owners having little interest in customer satisfaction. On the upside the location was great and Noose was beautiful. Plenty of other similar priced places nearby we will rent next time that have realistic check in times and are well presented.
