Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Get ready to relax is this coastal mid-century modern inspired beach condo. Situated over two levels for ideal privacy - this oasis is the perfect spot to rest & relax. Please note there are stairs in the unit. It offers amazing views from the private main floor balcony and living room as well as the upstairs master bedroom.

The master bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen TV, closet space and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed as well as a TV and closet. There is a gorgeous shared bathroom upstairs with a shower. For additional sleeping there is an air mattress.

The kitchen features granite and updated appliances. You can perch up to the counter in the comfy bar stools or enjoy a meal around the dining table. The beautiful Article leather sofa a wonderful place to relax watching your favorite Netflix show, or just watching the waves. The balcony offers a great view, with lots of privacy as well. You can sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise.

The unit also features the following to provide for a comfortable stay:

Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible.
