We had a great time at this cabin. It was clean with a well-stocked kitchen, and centrally located to Bryce & Zion. We would stay here again - we were glad we rented an AWD vehicle instead of trying to navigate the roads in our minivan.
Cool location tucked high up in the mountains at Duck Creek Village. So much wildlife & cute town with great spots to eat! Perfect spot for us to explore Bryce and Zion during the day!

HAPPY PLACE!
Very nice cabin! The location was centrally located amist tons of things to see and do! We totally enjoyed our stay there 👍
We stayed at the cabin as a base for exploring Brice, Zion and Cedar Breaks. The cabin was wonderful and very cozy. We really enjoyed using the wood fireplace at night. We had a wonderful trip, thank you!
My friend and and I enjoyed our time at this cabin. It is well kept and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need to enjoy your time. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time at Duck creek village cabin. Lots of snow for us to play in. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Will have to come again in summer!
Just as advertised. Equidistant between Zion and Bryce. Would help to have a four wheel drive since all road access to the property is unpaved.

Hi Jacqueline, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay overall! We shared your feedback with the homeowner, and they wanted to clarify that guests are provided directions in the pre-stay email that will guide them on the most accessible road to the property. If guests follow this route, they do not need an all-wheel-drive vehicle. We advertise in the listing that all-wheel-drive, or tire chains, are suggested in the winter months, but during the other months, any vehicle will work when following the directions provided. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Rustic Duck Creek Village cabin—thank you, Nicole, for sharing your happy place with our family of four (plus two small golden doodles)!Check-in was a breeze, and the cabin was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. The welcome book was a great touch and made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful layout and amenities throughout the space. It’s not always easy to find a dog-friendly cabin that still feels so well cared for, but this one was perfect. Our pups were just as comfortable as we were!Check-out was simple with clear and easy instructions. We’re already looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend!
Overall we were very satisfied with the comfort and upkeep of the property. It was a pleasure to return “home” every day.
We used the kitchen extensively and everything functioned well.
Might I suggest that the owner purchase a BeiElite water filter unit for onsite potable water.
We had a slight problem finding the home but were able to contact someone who got back to us right away for all the small questions we had throughout our stay. The home was clean, enough towels for all of us and all of the kitchenware we needed. The large fireplace was great at night where the kids could roast marshmallows and hotdogs. The neighbor (Chris) was extremely nice and helpful. We saw a lot of deer, and chipmunks and the kids had a really nice time. We plan on going back again next year.
This was perfect. The cabin is beautiful, sat right in the middle of a forest setting. Very private. Only issue was that it was not ready when we arrived at the 4 PM check in time. Had to wait a whole hour.

Great Experience
This is a great place to stay!! Nicole messaged immediately upon our arrival making sure we found the place okay. It was after the first big storm of the season. The snow was magical! The deck is carpeted - which made it no-slip and safe! Everything is labeled and easy to find.. there were extra utensils, pots/pans.. kid friendly with board games and a small sled provided (although we had brought our own).. there is a decent hill right out back of the house that was perfect for play.. and the road right in front, made for fun sledding! Gas stove was perfect, and an area away from the kids, upstairs was nice to briefly escape to. This was our first trip to Duck Creek- but it won’t be our last. The stars are amazing at night.. and we can’t wait to go back for summer adventures! Thanks for providing your lovely rustic home to us for a few days!
We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It's in a gorgeous setting and the home had everything we needed. The kitchen is really well stocked with a great selection of cooking supplies. If you visit in May like we did, be aware that the steep mountain roads can be very muddy. The roads were not graded and are very washed out and rough. We didn't realize until we got there that the roads are not maintained from November to May. There are some groceries available in Duck Creek Village, but at convenience store prices. The nearest full grocery store is 32 miles away in Cedar City so stock up on groceries on your way. Other than the roads in Duck Creek Village, we really enjoyed our stay.
Took an outdoor womens group here for adventure. Bunk beds did not feel safe to sleep in so pulled mattress to floor. No air matress. Trash left behind. Dirty washcloths on the floor. Only a small amount of toliet paper left with no refill available. No hand towel in kitchen. Sent email to property person listed and didn't hear back.
Location and space were good

Hi Angela, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
- Thank you for choosing to stay in our cabin and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to the success of our vacation rental business.
- We had the bunk beds built especially strong to withstand children jumping up and down on them. We believe you would have found them safe to sleep on, but we are sorry you didn't feel safe.
- There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that folds out and sleeps 2, so we chose not to provide an air mattress since our maximum occupancy for the cabin is 8.
- It is of the utmost importance that our cabin is stocked with plenty of supplies for guests, as our reviews show. Thank you for making us aware of these issues, and we sincerely apologize. We now have a new housekeeper, so this will not happen again.
- Please accept our apologies that you didn't reach us, as we are always available and very prompt at communicating with our guests. We verified that our contact information is correct on the check-in instructions you received.
We would love the chance to provide you with a 5-star travel experience, so please let us know if we can do anything to help the next time you book a vacation rental.
