Spur of the moment ski trip

Property close to slopes. Lots of space to spread out after a day on the slopes. Enjoyed our stay. Will probably return some time.

Clean and plenty of room, the host was easy to work with and allowed us to check in early. Only downside would be when I was searching for ski in/out places this one popped up and it wasn’t. 3-4 flights up from El Jefe.

Nice property, good location, good customer service

Although it might not be necessary I strongly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle available. Family friendly, I would rent this unit again. Stairs in this unit can be challenging if a person isn't active.

This is NOT a ‘new’ property nor is it ski/ski out. This property is located on the top of a hill across the street from Angel fire ski lift. You must Descend

Overall good experience

We overall enjoyed our time here at this property. Fee notes: never had hot water in the shower in the top floor which was annoying, no Kleenex in the house, several light bulbs were out, it was very inconvenient to be asked to take out the trash especially since it was located a long distance away and we had to drive to to do that. Seems like at other properties that is something the cleaning service could do. Overall enjoyed the location otherwise

Great location, large property, some quirks

The location was great -- can walk to the ski resort, though down a lot of stairs, so it wouldn't be ideal if you're having to carry all of your ski gear -- so we made use of storage at the resort. It's a large property -- so many bedrooms! Lots of space to spread out. The property manager was very responsive by cell/text. There were a few things that were not great. 1) The listing said "garage" but this particular unit (G4) doesn't have a garage. 2) The temperature was hard to control. It was often pretty warm at bedtime, even with the thermostats set to 50, and then in the early morning hours would get much cooler. 3) The biggest issue for us was the showers were inconsistent temperature. The downstairs one was pretty hot, the upstairs one was just luke warm -- and if you were using it and someone turned on the downstairs one, the upstairs got ice cold for a while! We mainly splurged for this unit to get 2 showers so people could shower 2 at a time, but ended up having to go 1 at a time.

Great ski Vacation

The home was great, well equipped with all the creature comforts you will need or forgot. Internet work great if you need to get some business done. Short walk to the lifts, but the trek back home is uphill. Over all I would stay again.

We had a great couple days we stayed in Angelfire! This house was clean and comfortable !It has a great location to chili Xpress! Easy walk or bike ! We would definetly come back!

Tremendous location to lift

3 adults with 4 bikes. Easy check in process. Everything was as described. The house was well kept, cleaned and so some thought had gone into little extras like lots of fans in all rooms, bathroom guest bags of travel toiletries, hypo allergenic shower gels. A host who does that makes us feel more at home. Just 1 compliant.... one of the 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles had 2 missing pieces. Found that out the hard way! Lol. We survived ;) Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and appreciated all of the thoughtful additions you left to make our stay so much easier. We loved the proximity and everything was exactly as you said it would be. So many dishes, THANK YOU! We also appreciated and used the sauna. The toiletries were much appreciated as well. It was really a nice trip, you have a wonderful place.

Family ski trip

First visit to Angel Fire

Booked this property last minute when our other reservation fell through. Property was clean upon arrival. Plenty of extra bedding. Parking right outside the front door. Loved the small room near the entry to dump ski gear without having to track dirt/mud/snow all over the condo. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked. There is no direct view of the skiing slopes, which I was hoping for, but it’s close enough to walk down and find a good spot to watch. After a long day of skiing, the steps back up to the condo are a bit tiring, but well worth being able to stay so close. El Jefe’s is just below and was very good. Our kids (7 & 10) did ski school the first day and loved it. I was a bit apprehensive about putting them in an all day school, but the staff at AF are awesome and the kids had a blast. I was able to watch them on the webcam from our condo which was awesome! Would recommend this condo! Would be great for larger groups also.

Perfect location for anyone wanting to get the full Angel Fire Experience! Everyone had plenty of room. We were walking distance to the Mountain and a short drive to grocery store.

Summer getaway

The Lifts townhouse in Angel Fire was perfect place for a family fishing trip. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Smart TVs allowed us to have family movie nights after a day enjoying the outdoors hiking and fishing. Close to shopping and music in the park on Friday night. The kids had a great time looking for deer and other local wildlife. * Neighbor left food outside and attracted a bear so Follow the Rules and bring all food inside where there are 2 fridges and a large kitchen for everything!

Awesome Location, VERY nice!

We were looking for a place close to Texas, somewhere we could stay as close as possible to the mountain, and this place is it! Has every single thing you could possibly need, was VERY clean, and getting to the slopes is a short walk. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Mountain Retreat, Views and Location!

My family and I loved, loved, loved this home. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do in Angel Fire, and just steps down to the ski resort, which made it so easy to skip the driving or shuttles. The place was perfect and slept our large family with tons of room leftover. Everything was brand new, and perfectly set up for a truly great trip. We loved the peace and quiet, with views out the front and back, as well as the easy 2 min drive down into town. We loved skiing Angel Fire, but also went over and ski'd Taos in about an hours drive. Both ski resorts did not disappoint and we had a blast! We come up here regularly and can't wait to stay here again as our new "go-to." We plan to do it again for mountain biking and golf this summer. Everything was two thumbs up and 5 star! Thanks again.

Perfect Ski House! Best Location in Angel Fire!

First, you can't beat the location. Just steps down to the Chili Express Lift and El Jefes was amazing. Plus it's just secluded enough away from the rest of the active village, with amazing views!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Lifts townhome G4. Everything was totally redone 1st class, flat screen TVs in every room, and all amenities. Everything in the kitchen, dishes, appliances and even a wine/beer fridge was all brand new. We loved the ability to sleep 14 comfortably, with plenty of lux bathroom and living space. The front storage room was even an added bonus and was perfect for all of our ski gear, and the 2nd refrigerator was a huge help for our large group. The place was perfect and we can't wait to come back this summer. The owner and local contacts were both super helpful with recommendations too. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal home

You can tell the owners have impeccable taste. The home is decorated in a really beautiful, warm and cozy yet chic way. The views are unreal and after skiing it was so amazing to sauna. It was crystal clean, well appointed and luxury all the way! Wow.. we will be back for sure!
