About this property

Newly built. Heated pool. Ideal for poolside relaxing and romantic gateways

The open-style kitchen features a center island with some bar stools to enjoy some snacks. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and lots of cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals during your stay.

The inviting backyard features a tropical saltwater pool where you can enjoy your favorite summer cocktail to cool down. It also features a BBQ where you can prepare your favorite dinner, a dining table where you can enjoy a quiet family meal, and some loungers to sunbathe after swimming in the pool or to contemplate the native plants and wildlife outside the screen cage.

The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed to enjoy a restful night's sleep and a TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows, as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features an elegant large shower, a separate toilet room, and two separate vanities with beautiful countertops and plenty of cabinets.

The second bedroom features a Queen-size bedroom, direct access and view to the pool area, and an en-suite half bathroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds.

Villa Sandle requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays:
No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

We rented the house for a long weekend and the place was absolutely perfect! Great location, very clean, quite community, plenty of room, house is stocked with everything needed for a short or long stay, pool was great and checking in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was great prior to going and while we were there! Would definitely rent this house again next time we are in the area!

Perfect even the weather.

New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts.

Great Place! - Very Clean!

Stayed for a week with family over Thanksgiving. The place is great. One of the best rentals we have ever had. Cleanliness is very important to us and this property is very clean and well taken care of. Located in great neighborhood. Owners (Bruno and Mary) were very responsive and easy to work with. Great place and great location

Our youngest son lives less than 2 miles away and we like spending time going to Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, and Fort Myers. Location was perfect for us. The property and house was very clean and well kept. There are plenty of amenities for cooking, cleaning, and living like you are at home. Loved the open floor plan with plenty of seating and comfort for our family to gather. Will be booking in the future as it was an excellent experience staying here.

We had a wonderful two-week stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything about the process was easy and seamless, from booking to check-in.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the private pool—absolutely serene and well-maintained. We opted for the 15-hour daily pool heating, and it was worth every penny, keeping the water at the perfect temperature for morning and evening swims.The beds were very comfortable, and the home had all the amenities we needed for a stress-free stay. A beautiful home at a great price.

This house is very attractive. It features tall ceilings, ceramic floors throughout, modern appliances and granite countertops. The heated pool and lanai were spacious. Two and 1/2 baths were very handy. Wall paintings and plants added to the appeal. My only negative is that our group likes cooking and we were missing things like bowls, grill accessories, cooking thermometers, etc. We managed to work around that.

renters should know

the house was amazing; HOWEVER, renters need to be aware of the construction next door and across the street. There were workers less than 200 ft. from the backyard which made it impossible to relax by the pool. Jackhammers and other loud equipment Monday-Friday. Overall, the house was everything I'd hoped.... beautiful, state of the art appliances, and cleanliness. If I could have picked up the property and moved to another location, my stay would have been perfect!!

We apologize for the inconvenience with the new construction in the area. Cape Coral is a fast-growing city and a lot of new homes are built. Usually, during the construction process, there are just a few days where are disturbing noises. We can understand that it was bothering you. However, on new construction, they do not use jackhammers and other loud equipment. There is no demolition process involved. If you as a future guests want to make sure of the status of the new build next door, please reach out to us.

Wonderful time at Villa Sandle!

We had such a wonderful thanksgiving holiday at Villa Sandle! The house was exactly as expected and super clean. Check-in was very easy and we had everything we needed—plenty of towels, plates, cups, even toiletries. The pool was perfect and a definite plus for our family. We hope to come again the next time we’re in Cape Coral!
