Welcome to the Crescent Moon. Peace and tranquility await at this stunning waterfront pool home. Centrally located in the beautiful city of Cape Coral, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your vacation. Relax and soak in the sun, all day, on the spacious, southern exposure lanai. Take a dip in the brand new heated salt water pool and spa. Kayaks are available for you to be able to go explore the canal systems that have been attracting people to this city for over 60 years.

Cape Coral is one of the most stunning and unique cities in the country. It is the third largest city in the state of Florida, but because it is so young, and still growing and developing, it is like a hidden secret. Cape Coral has more miles of canals than anywhere else in the world, including Venice, Italy. It is not hard to understand why people fall in love and keep coming back to this waterfront oasis.

Cape Coral is located in the heart of Southwest Florida within 30 minutes of both RSW and PGD airports. You are close to many of the beautiful attractions in the area. You can easily take a day trip to some of the most beautiful beaches, such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva, Barefoot Beach, Lover's Key, Bunche Beach, Siesta Key, and many others. Make sure you visit the adorable fishing village of Matlacha. You are also close to the River District in downtown Fort Myers that offers several restaurants and nightlife spots. You will also find the historical Edison Ford Winter Estate downtown. You will never run out of things to explore here and I am sure you will want to come back for more.

Quiet, quaint and friendly neighborhood in the heart of Cape Carol. Close to plenty of shopping and great restaurants, all within a 5-minute drive. With-in walking distance of places of worship and playgrounds. Downtown Fort Myers is a short 10-minute drive.

Exceeded Expectations

The property was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable and the generous pool and outdoor area were amazing. My husband and I found it so peaceful--imagine rising each morning to a lovely view of the pool and hot tub backing onto the canal with birds singing. Honestly, we loved it there. Lovely comfortable decor; the hot tub was very soothing and relaxing at the end of the day. Lots of activities available to entertain family or friends. Due to high winds one day, we had a small issue with the lanai which the owners quickly fixed. Neighbours are very friendly and this is a quiet safe neighbourhood. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this property.
