House was great for the weekend and everything we needed was there had a nice time :) Could do with a deep clean (scubbing mold in bathroom and vacuuming edges) but we weren’t bothered was overall very comfortable and warm :)

A place to relax

Such a nice little tidy home. All you need for the perfect stay in Taupo. It’s close to town but far enough to be a little quieter.

We enjoyed the house great location, clean sheets and towels, and hot water and heating.On the downside, the house needs maintenance, especially the Toilet and bathroom. The Kitchen can use a deep clean.

Basic accommodation at a reasonable price.

Old house, old furnishings, but clean and acceptable. Easy stroll into town with a Four Square nearby.

Great location.

The property is a classic lake style property, built around the 1940s or 1950s. The big plus is the location, walking distance to town and only a few hundred metres from the lake for walks and runs, etc. The property isn't double glazed but the heat pump was adequate and we weren't cold. We enjoyed the stay and Taupo is a great place to visit.
