Mostly good. House is in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors and awesome places to walk. Close to good restaurants and shopping places. Only negatives were no Keurig coffee maker and a back door that slams if you do not pay amazing attention.
Response from VrboOwner on 19 Oct, 2026
We're glad you enjoyed the wonderful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, nearby walking areas, and convenient access to restaurants and shopping! We understand your preference for a Keurig coffee maker, though this is not an amenity currently provided at the property. Regarding the back storm door, we appreciate your feedback and will look into whether its closing mechanism can be adjusted. We take pride in maintaining a well-equipped, welcoming home and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details for future guests.

I traveled here with my two grandsons, ages 7 and 10, in July 2026. Lovely cottage! We were very close to a small, quiet beach. The boys loved the beach! We were also close to a few places we ventured out to explore - Block Island RI and Plymouth MA. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage! It was very clean and welcoming, the beds were comfy, the host was easy to get in touch with. I love all of the hydrangeas around the cottages. I was told by someone local they love the salt water. Very quiet neighborhood. It felt very safe!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful recap of your trip with your grandsons! We're so glad the cottage felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and that the boys had such a great time at the beach nearby. It's also great to hear the location made it easy to explore spots like Block Island and Plymouth, and that the neighborhood felt quiet and safe throughout your stay. The hydrangeas really do thrive with the salt air, and we're happy they added to the charm during your visit. We appreciate you taking the time to share such thoughtful details for future guests.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

We had a fantastic time staying in this cute house. The neighborhood is great and a quick walk to the beach - about 4 houses down - better than expected. We highly recommend this and would visit again in the future.

Wonderful stay

This place is lovely. Its well remodeled and the neighborhood it is in is great. There is a private beach off buzzard's bay just 5 houses away. We befriended a neighborhood family while there and saw them daily and they really made us feel welcome. This is a wonderful place to stay.

ideal rental for couples or small families

My husband and I can't say enough good about this property-we would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion we could think of is the addition of a light to illuminate the beautiful American flag in the yard/as per US flag protocol.

Perfect Cape Cod Home!

Sharon and Gary's home makes for the perfect stay when visiting Martha's Vineyard/Hyannis areas. The pictures are great but it's even better upon arrival. It has been recently renovated and they didn't miss a thing. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all the necessities and more! You'll love your stay - we hightly recommend it!

Adorable Cottage with everything you need

The house was great with little extras (like toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc) and everything you need! It was cute and comfy. The private beach was awesome and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! We had a little issue with check-in, but it was resolved very quickly.

Amazing vacation home

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a vacation home. The place was extremely welcoming and clean. The communication was excellent. The property manager Amy was extremely friendly and attended to any of our needs immediately. I will absolutely return to this location in the future. The surrounding area is extremely friendly as well, with toddler friendly beaches.

Couldn’t have asked for more!

This is my first experience getting a rental via vrbo, and the process couldn’t have been easier! Much of that was thanks to the owners, who provided thorough instructions and maintained good communication throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly and the house is maintained beautifully! Perfect for a family of three with a young child!
