Great weekend getaway

We were in town for a soccer tournament, and this place was perfect! Close to Foley and the beach, it was a perfect set up for two families with kids. The basketball goal was a big hit with our group.

Great Spacious House in Quiet Gulf Shores Neighborhood

This was a great place to stay for my family of 11 in Gulf Shores. Tucked away in quiet neighborhood and only 12 min drive to the beach, this house was perfect for our family. Lots of space, awesome pool, and just a few yards from the river. Ben was a great host and easy to get a hold of for questions and requests. Highly recommend for a week long stay at the Gulf!

Our stay was amazing! The house has more than enough space for traveling families! The pictures doesn't do any justice compared to the actual home. The wrap around decks on floors 2 and 3 were just simply comfortable and a beautiful view of the pool and just the surrounding area. 100 out of 10! We did not want to leave and being that I have a child that just had a kidney transplant 2 months ago after waiting for 7 years on the waiting list was able to swim for the first time and he was able to comfortably enjoy the pool without any restrictions.

Our experience

We were not as satisfied as I had hoped. There were a number of things that need to be improved if we were to stay again. Primarily, the kitchen supplies/utensils, the rusted out grill and the towels with holes in them did not make us feel like welcomed guests.

We just finished a 2 week stay and have zero complaints! This is not your typical rental! It is furnished just like a turnkey home and feels like home! Very spacious, lots of wrap around deck/porches, great appliances, and super clean and well taken care of. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with and was there daily to maintain the pool and property. There is tons of outdoor and indoor space, lots of seating and well stocked with everything you would need for you stay. It is very pet friendly and very secure for your pets to roam freely on decks and outdoor space. The elevator in the home was a huge bonus! Never had an issue with it and made groceries and laundry super convenient without going up tons of steps. Air conditioner was top notch on every floor and every room! We will definitely be renting this listing again and after 15 days there we have no complaints!! We highly recommend this listing! Very quiet and safe neighborhood and very close to everything!

Property was even better than what was expected….. super clean, spacious and the in home elevator was amazing. The pool was amazing for the kids and the homeowner was very nice and helpful with any needs or questions… we will definitely book again.

Very nice and spacious accommodation, quiet neighborhood, lived the nearby river. Home could use some attention to detail, a little updating as well. Each room is not equipped with a tv, shower curtains need stabilizing, a little dusting (ceiling fan blades).. property owners very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here with extended family and had a great time! House is big and spacious and it’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to amenities and a short drive to the beach! Anytime we had questions or needed anything the owners were right there to help us and answer our questions! Upon arrival they were struggling with the pool because it had turned green however they worked extremely hard to make sure they got it taken care of and we were able to swim and had a great time doing so! The property could use a few more beach like towels and kitchen towels or just know bring your own! Being from the Midwest we are not use to all the sand you carry in from the beach so some nice big rugs by the doors would help to catch some of the sand! Also, if you are planning on having 12 people staying just know that you will need to use the supplied air mattress! Would highly recommend this property!
