Loved this house. It was plenty spacious for our large family and the kids loved the pool and it is very kind friendly with a pad for small kids. The beach is right across the road and we walked to everything we needed to go to. We will definitely rent this home year after year.

The house is nice and it was clean upon our arrival. It has plenty of sleeping space and it’s nice that there are so many bathrooms. The upstairs gets a littler warmer during the day, but there are fans and sleeping hours were comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of cooking items, but it is lacking large bowls for making meals. The pool area is very nice and it’s a very easy walk to the beach. The main area needed a rug for our little ones, so we ended up picking up a cheap one from Walmart. We would stay at this property again.

Family reunion vacation

Very nice house and great location. Excellent size house for family get togethers, but it should be reviewed closely for overall condition and cleanliness routinely. House had an off odor upon our arrival and we questioned how the house was cleaned or if it had been cleaned at all. Banisters, some fixtures and other items were broken, banisters were a real safety concern on 2nd and 3rd floors. Multiple light bulbs were burned out throughout house. Township garbage service was very poor. Had containers out front and never got picked up. Had to haul off our own trash several times (Also called the office about several times during our stay). The grill was loaded with grease and we had a small grease fire inside the grill. We get that customers should check on certain things prior to using, but given the amount of money we paid for the house, we feel these things should also be the responsibility of the property management team. Overall we liked the house but would recommend the property owners look at quality a little more closely. Also a good outside power wash underneath around pool area and sitting areas would be helpful.
