In the recently renovated house, you’ll find modern yet comfortable decor, luxurious linens, spa-like tiled bathrooms, a pool table, and 3 TVs. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with everything you need for a large group to cook or dine in, including 2 coffee makers, 2 refrigerators, and high-end appliances and kitchenware. The expansive back yard is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with a pristine 35-foot pool with sun shelf and hot tub, a paved basketball court, hardscaped yard games area, fire pit, hammocks, and a grill and bar space with plenty of seating and an outdoor TV.

Due to noise restrictions, outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM.
