The property needs some maintenance. Grill, fire pit, dishwasher. The cooking pan’s & utensils are sub-par for anyone who wants to cook. The company was very efficient at resolving issues.

We’re glad our team resolved issues quickly during your stay, and we’re sorry the grill, fire pit, and dishwasher didn’t meet our standards. Had a wonderful stay at this property. There were ample accommodations and it felt much more spacious than what comes across in the pictures. It was the perfect set up for my group of 20. The backyard is stunning and the pool house especially was a huge hit for the young people in my party. The hosts are communicative and proactive. All around it was a great vacation!!My only reason for giving 4 stars was that it wasn’t super clean upon arrival. It was definitely tidy, but we had to wipe visible dirt off of counters, tend to things like chewed pieces of gum stuck to walls, and the washer/dryers were too dirty to use. We are typically a shoes-off household but it was not comfortable walking around without shoes because the floor was quite grimy and dusty, would turn our feet black after a couple minutes.Although the cleanliness issue was pretty apparent, the rest of the stay went off without a hitch! It was a super special weekend and every guest was wowed by the facilities. Would highly recommend to any large party.

Great reunion stay. House is a bit out of the way if you want to be close to Austin but it’s not so far away that it is annoying. Overall the house was great and all the guys loved the space.

An Excellent Property!

The best retreat place our group had been to so far! It's a brand new property, with an awesome swimming pool and Jacuzzi, high-tech controlled. The bunk-beds are so cozy and well built, the kids had wonderful time. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this wonderful property.

Another great stay!

We had such a great experience at this property two years ago, we decided to return this year for a repeat and had another wonderful time. Our group ranged from ages 2 to 70+, and there was plenty of room and amenities for everyone to enjoy. Quick response time from the management company for any questions we might have had.

Large enough for our family group of 17 without crowding. Everything was as represented. The management was available when needed by phone or text. We have already recommended Walker Rentals to two friends/family members.

Perfect for large groups.

This was a fantastic property for a reunion of college friends for a long weekend. The property is beautiful, and is located on a fantastic plot of land in the Hill Country. It is also close to several local breweries and distilleries which makes for easy planning for group outings. We were a group of 17 and found that the property nearly exactly as listed: the pool and hot-tub are fantastic, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the amenities top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this property to those looking for a luxurious experience for a large group.

Amazing house. Attention to detail

Our group stayed for a girls weekend and it was great! The house was large enough that we had our own spaces. Best part is the pool which we enjoyed very much! We had one issue with the drain. In a bathroom and it was quickly resolved! I would stay here again
